Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 16th February 2023 episode starts with Patralekha and Virat trying to open the door while Vinayak sits angrily on the bed, thinking about Virat talking about Sai. 

Patralekha accuses Virat of talking about Sai while Bhavani tells her that she is the one who talks about Sai all the time like just now. 

Virat tells Vinayak to talk to him and tell him why he has locked the door. 

Vinayak tells him that he does not want to talk to him as Sai has bewitched him and he talks about her all the time. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani tells Vinayak to open the door but he tells them that he will open the door only if Virat promises him something. 

Virat is reluctant to promise anything while Patralekha forces him to do it as Vinayak might do something to himself. 

On being given a promise, Vinayak opens the door, telling Virat that he will never allow Sai to take him away from Patralekha. 

Meanwhile, Savi is telling Sai to eat Virat’s Modak and assures her that Vinayak will come home soon. 

Later, Savi shows the nameplate that Virat helped her install.

She says that she has sent the picture to Vinayak which will make him realise that this is his home too. 

Sai wonders what is Virat trying to do and how will he convince Vinayak that she is not a bad aunty. 

Later, Virat is getting ready when he accidentally picks up a nameplate with Sai’s name when Sai calls him, asking him if he has called her.

Virat denies calling her but does not want to hang up either as he wants her to talk to him. 

However, his network goes awry and suddenly Patralekha hugs him from behind, thanking him for his promise. 

She also asks him if they can go to Mumbai too so that he can be free of daily conflict.

Virat tells her that he has only promised Vinayak so that he can become relaxed and free from fear but he will not be accepting the promotion and take Vinayak away from his family. 

Patralekha tells him that he cannot miss the golden opportunity of his career and it is not good for Sai as well.

Virat tells her that Sai will decide what is good for her and what is not but they are not leaving Nagpur. 

Meanwhile, Usha tells Sai about rations and rent that need to be deposited.  

Just then, Savi gets hot water for Sai to relax her feet and tells her that Virat has refused his promotion and now she and Virat will convince Vinayak to not be angry with Sai. 

Sai is astonished to hear about Virat refusing his promotion and is grateful for not taking away Vinayak.

Later, Sai gets a call from the hospital and rushes out leaving Savi in Usha’s care. 

Later, some ladies come to call Usha for a sale and she leaves telling Savi to not come out. 

Later, Bhavani comes to Sai’s house and showers her love upon Savi telling her that she is just like her, smart and wise. 

Later, Bhavani tells her that she is here to tell a secret that she will have to keep secret, even from Sai.
