Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 16th September 2023 episode starts with Savi searching for Isha and calling Ankur to inform him that Isha has gone missing. 

Ankur tells her not to worry and that together they will find her. 

Meanwhile, Shantanu asks Savi to call all her contacts at Ramtech to ask if Isha has reached Ramtech.

Just then, Ankur comes there and introduces himself to Shantanu, telling him that they will find Isha. 

Savi suggests seeing the CCTV footage to ensure that Isha is still in the hotel.

In the CCTV footage, they see Isha distressed and running out of the hotel calling Ishaan. 

Shantanu tells Savi that he will be back soon while Savi tells Ankur that they should spread and search for Isha who must not have gone very far because of her injury.

Later, Savi recalls Ishaan’s previous night's comments to Isha and calls him to rant at him for hurting Isha to the extent that she has gone missing. 

Ishaan tells her that it does not concern him which makes Savi furious and she threatens to make his life hell if anything happens to Isha. 

On the other hand, Yashwant and Nishikant return home after cancelling the important meeting because of Shantanu and blame Isha for it. 

Just then, Shantanu comes home looking for Ishaan while Nishikant asks him what has brought him back when they have to cancel the meeting for him.

Yashwant also scolds Shantanu for not telling them that he is coming back so they could have attended the meeting instead of cancelling it. 

Meanwhile, Surekha comes there and taunts Shantanu for being kicked out by Isha. 

Shantanu gets angry and tells Surekha to cut it out as Isha is missing while Surekha tells him that it is not anything new as far as Isha is concerned. 

He tells her that Isha is in shock because of Ishaan’s hurtful words and has left the hotel without telling anyone. 

In the meantime, Ishaan comes there and asks Shantanu about his feelings and what Isha has done to him.

Shantanu tells Ishaan to come with him in order to search Isha and apologise to her so that she can come out of her trauma. 

However, Ishaan tells him that he will not go with him nor has he done anything wrong so he will not apologise. 

Shantanu is stunned at Ishaan’s audacity and asks him if it is okay for him to humiliate his mother in front of everyone. 

However, Ishaan tells him that Isha should not have come to his party in the first place while Shantanu tells him that he is the one who has brought her there only to wish her happy birthday. 

Yashwant tells Shantanu that he has changed so much since meeting Isha while Shantanu tells him that he is still the same. 

Seeing the argument escalate, Ashmita tells Shantanu to go and search for Isha first as all this can be discussed later. 

Meanwhile, Surekha takes offence seeing Ashmita take Isha’s side and taunts her for being willful. 

Shantanu tells Surekha that everyone knows who is the willful one in the house and very soon it will be revealed. 

Turning to Ishaan he shames him for causing Isha grief and hurting her by her words, adding that if anything happens to Isha then he will never be able to forgive himself for killing Isha. 

Later, Shantanu calls Savi telling her that they should file a complaint at the police station and then he will go to Ramtech to search for her. 

Savi tells him to go to Ramtech directly and she will lodge a complaint at the police station. 

Meanwhile, Ishaan comes to the police station to file a missing complaint for Isha when Savi arrives there, asking him why is he there.
