Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 17th April 2023 episode starts with Virat coming to Vinayak asking everyone how Vinayak falls down while Ashwini tells him that Vinayak is ill because of the stress. 

Virat asks Vinayak what is he stressed about, and tells Vinayak that if he is stressed because of Savi and Sai’s leaving then he will soon bring them back. 

In the meantime, Satya is worried about his family’s ultimatum which has only one hour left, and thinks of finding a way to save himself or buy more time. 

He calls them and assures them that he will bring a bride in one hour and asks them to have faith in him. 

After a while, all the ladies get excited to welcome Satya’s bride while Amba tells Aaji that she will give her family heirloom to the bride. 

Seeing Amba’s name on it, Aaji asks her to give another one but Amba tells her that she cannot do it as it belongs to her sister Bhavani. 

On the other hand, Satya is thinking about his fight with Virat and he not only tears his clothes but also hurts himself purposely. 

The hospital staff assumes that Satya is planning to exact revenge on Virat. 

After a while, Amba looks at the old album of her sister and tells her that very soon she will prove her sister wrong about never having a family of her own as Satya is bringing his bride home. 

Elsewhere, Patralekha shames Virat for still worrying about Sai while his son struggles with his sickness. 

Meanwhile, Virat tells her that he is only trying to help Vinayak who is stressed because of Sai’s leaving while Patralekha tells him that Vinayak is stressed because of him. 

Virat and Patralekha’s arguments are reaching inside and Vinayak shut his ears tightly to block the voices while Ashwini goes to scold them for increasing Vinayak’s stress. 

Virat tells her that only Sai can cure Virat and that he will get her while Patralekha and Ashwini stand feeling helpless. 

Elsewhere, Satya comes home looking torn and beaten which worries Amba and the other women who excitedly opened the door for Satya’s bride. 

Meanwhile, Satya blames them for his condition as he has got beaten by so many girls' fathers.

Satya also narrates his tale of woe where he got beaten by a girl's father who found out about him and attacks him as he wants a policeman for her daughter not a doctor. 

However, Amba catches his lies and tells him to stop lying to her as she is not the fool he believes her to be. 

After a while, Amba cries in her room when Satya comes to appease her and tells her he needs some time to find a proper girl. 

Amba refuses to believe him while Satya promises to bring the girl to be married soon. 

However, Amba threatens to kill herself if he does not fulfill his promise.

Just then Satya gets a call from Virat who apologizes for his past behavior and tells Satya to tell Sai when she contacts him that Vinayak is unwell and his previous leg problem has returned so she should come back home and cure him again. 

Afterward, Satya decides to tell Sai as her son’s health is important to her. 

He calls Sai and tells her about Virat’s call and Vinayak’s illness while also cautioning her of it all being a ruse. 

Sai tells him that Virat will never lie about his children's illness and resolves to meet Vinayak at any cost.

Elsewhere, Virat gets a message from Sai where she asks him to meet her outside to put some conditions or else she will not come to meet Vinayak at home but will find a way to meet him somewhere outside.
