Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 17th February 2023 episode starts with Bhavani telling Savi the secret that she will have to keep to herself.

Savi tells her that she does not keep any secrets from Sai. 

Bhavani tells Savi that she was going to tell her about her real father but now that she is not ready to give her a promise, she cannot tell her. 

Meanwhile, Virat’s officers bring Virat for a checkup at a hospital where Sai works. 

Sai tells the officers to wait in the waiting area. 

Meanwhile, Savi becomes curious and tells Bhavani that she will keep the promise to find out about her real father.

Bhavani tells her that Virat is her real father and shows her Sai and Virat’s wedding photo to prove herself. 

Savi asks her why Sai or Virat never told her this while Bhavani tells her that they had a huge fight after which they were separated. 

Bhavani also tells Savi that as a Chavan, she should live in the Chavan house.

She tells her that she will have to bring Virat and Sai back together and once again reminds Savi to not tell anyone that she has told her this secret. 

Elsewhere, Sai give medicine to Virat while Virat asks her how she still remembers his medicine. 

Sai tells him that a doctor always remembers her patient's history and asks Virat to open the buttons. 

Virat is mesmerised by Sai’s nearness and casual touch and looks at Sai as if he is trying to absorb her through his eyes. 

Sai asks Virat why has he stopped taking care of himself as she will not always come to tell him about his medicine. 

She also teases him about being old and being brought to the hospital by four people. 

On a serious note, Sai tells him to look after himself as he is going to Mumbai and might go to some other place afterwards, but she will not be there to take care of him.

Later, Virat tells Sai that he has refused his transfer to Mumbai as he does not want him and Vinayak to be away from her.

Realising what he has said, he explains that he does not want to be away from his family, Savi and her. 

Sai tells him that she is grateful to him because it is a relief for her to know that she is living in the same city. 

Afterwards, Sai asks about Vinayak and if Virat got a chance to talk to him.

Virat recalls giving his promise to Vinayak in the morning and is about to tell Sai when her senior doctor comes in, asking Sai why is she here at this hour.

On being told that she got the call from the hospital, the doctor tells her that there is no emergency case and someone must have played a prank on her. 

Sai looks worried and wonders who can do that to her while Virat also looks surprised. 

In the meantime, Usha comes back, feeling disappointed for wasting her time for there was no such Saree but different stuff. 

Later, Sai comes home with candy floss for Savi.

However, Savi refuses to eat it, reminding Sai that she had once told her that she will stop eating candy floss once she finds her real father. 

Sai looks shocked and asks her conversationally who is her real father. 

Sai’s world shakes when Savi shows her Chavan name added to the nameplate.
