Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 17th October 2023 episode starts with Surekha asking Nishikant to bring Ishaan back home but Shantanu asks Nishikant to stay back, adding that he will bring Ishaan back.

In the meantime, Savi insists Ishaan sleep on the bed, but he remains adamant despite being uncomfortable on the chair.

This leads Savi to bring a bedsheet, ultimately placing it down with a pillow so that she can sleep down, thus enabling Ishaan to sleep on the bed.

However, Ishaan captures the floor bedding, leading Savi to make a floor bedding for herself too since she can't sleep on the bed, while Ishaan lies down.

Savi suggests Ishaan scream for help but Ishaan deems it needless since he has sent a voice note to Shukla, who will come in the morning. 

However, on the other side, Shukla sleeps peacefully and snoringly.

Meanwhile, Savi and Ishaan lie down on their respective beddings, when Ishaan hears a mouse squeak.

This leads Ishaan to scaringly ask Savi to remove the mouse while Savi runs around with a bucket to imprison the mouse.

Finally, Savi imprisons the mouse and tells Ishaan to sleep, leading Ishaan to come down but the mouse squeaks again, making Ishaan scared.

Instantly, Savi puts a vase on top of the bucket while Ishaan tells Savi that he will sleep on the bed and Savi agrees. 

Savi washes her hands, while Ishaan asks Savi if she is always adamant and hearing this, Savi tells Ishaan that she got this train from Sai.

She further tells Ishaan that her name is the merged form of Sai and Virat, adding that he was an IAS Officer.

This leads Ishaan to tell Savi that he has to keep himself safe from Virat, but Savi sadly says it's needless since Virat has passed away.

Ishaan apologises while Savi states that Sai and Virat died in a plane burst, adding that she saw Sai and Virat being engulfed in flames.

She tells Ishaan that Bhawani held Sai responsible for Virat's death, adding that her perspective about her and Harini changed too.

Savi states that Bhawani got Harini married to Kiran, while she was beaten for pursuing her studies, shocking Ishaan.

Meanwhile, Shantanu drives the car during which he tries to get Ishaan over the call but fails.

Just then, Shantanu decides to call Shukla, who from the other side, awakes and attends to the call.

Shantanu asks Shukla to check the library and cabin to see if Ishaan is there, leading Shukla to go forward but he doesn't find Ishaan.

Shukla hears Ishaan's voice message, leading him to inform Shantanu about Ishaan being worried about Savi's hostel room.

Shantanu asks Shukla to come to the hostel room, while he comes in too.

Elsewhere, Ishaan asks Savi if Bhavani didn't love her, leading Savi to tell Ishaan that Bhavani did love her, just that deep down she didn't want her to become like Sai.

Savi narrates how Bhavani fixed her marriage with a drug addict, adding that if Isha hadn't been there, her life would have been destroyed.

However, Savi says that her problems didn't end since the society outcasts runaway brides despite her having run away to pursue her career.

She tearfully says that after her admission, she stayed with Harini and was happy for a while, but Kiran took it all after he tried molesting her.

Savi tells Ishaan that after Kiran's deed, she was termed characterless and later a cheater too,  which made her feel hopeless but Isha helped regain her confidence.

She pauses, after which she tells Ishaan that she will become an IAS Officer anyhow, leading Ishaan to tell Savi that he'll support her in her quest.
