Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 17th September 2023 episode starts with Shantanu driving towards Ramtech and thinking about the past events as he looks around for Isha on the way. 

Meanwhile, Ishan asks the driver to go home and takes over the driving and thinks why is he so worried about Isha. 

He thinks that he has not done anything wrong nor does he know what he will say to Isha. 

On the other hand, Shantanu arrives at Isha’s house to find it locked and wonders where she is.

Ishaan Gets The Bad News

The next morning, Ishaan is feeling restless when Surekha comes to him and asks him what is troubling him. 

Ishaan tells her that he is worried about Shantanu who has not returned home. 

Meanwhile, Surekha tells him that she is afraid that Isha will use her tears to drive Shantanu away from his family.

Seeing Ishaan puzzled, Surekha tells him that all her tantrums begin after Shantanu’s return because she knows that Shantanu has a soft corner for Isha.

Ishaan tells her to let Shantanu come home and then they will deal with the water. 

At the college, Inspector Jhadav calls Ishaan to come to the hospital to identify a body that matches Isha’s description and asks him to bring Savi with him. 

Ishaan is shocked to hear the news and refuses to believe that Isha is dead. 

Ishaan And Savi At the Morgue

Later, Ishaan is taking Savi to the police station when she asks Ishaan where he is taking her. 

On hearing about the body, Savi feels sick to the stomach and accuses Ishaan of getting his wish as Isha is gone from his life. 

However, Ishaan tells her that it is not confirmed news and that they are only going for identification. 

Savi in her anger dials Shantanu and despite Ishaan’s warning, tells him about the police call. 

Ishaan gets worried thinking about Shantanu and tells him that nothing will happen to Isha,

Later, Savi and Ishaan arrive at the morgue to identify the body and are relieved to see that it is not Isha’s body. 

Ishaan informs Shantanu that the body is not Isha’s and tells Savi to go. 

Savi tells him that this might not be Isha’s body but they don't know that the next will not be Isha’s. 

Savi tells him that if anything happens to Isha then she will never forgive him. 

Ishaan feels afraid and tells Savi that he is also coming with her to search for Isha.

After a while, Savi realises that Ishaan is feeling guilty thinking that Isha might be dead and that is why he is trying to rectify himself so he can be free of his guilt. 

Ishaan tells her that she knows nothing about him and if she is done accusing him then can they leave. 

Savi Motivates Shantanu

Meanwhile, Shantanu asks Isha to come back as he is scared. 

Just then, Savi calls him asking about Isha while Shantanu tells her that he is scared for Isha as she is alone without anything and he will lose him forever. 

Savi tells him that they cannot think negatively at this point and they will have to find Isha as they do not have any options. 

Shantanu feels encouraged to hear Savi’s positive comments and agrees that they will find Isha at all costs. 

Ishaan thanks Savi for boosting courage in Shantanu and tells her that they should be leaving too. 

Savi tells Ishaan that they have no time to waste so he should get Isha’s posters printed to be pasted on all walls and she will contact Sheila Thomas to get help from the media.

However, Savi is shocked to hear that Ishaan does not have a single photo of Isha and asks him how can he love himself when his heart is filled with so much hatred for his mother. 

Later, Ishaan and Savi get the posters printed and get to work.
