Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 18th April 2023 episode starts with Patralekha taunting Sai for coming back home on Virat’s insistence.

Sai tells her that if Virat would have succeeded, then he would have been present to welcome her.

She also tells her that she is here to meet Vinayak and treat him and has taken precautions to keep Virat away.

Sai sees Vinayak Limp

Later, Sai comes to Vinayak and is shocked to see him walking weakly. 

Settling him back on the bed, she asks him what happened to him and Vinayak explains to Sai how Virat pushed Patralekha hard from his way and didn't look at Patralekha’s wound. 

Sai feels worried for Virat who, in his madness, is putting his family’s happiness at risk. 

Meanwhile, Vinayak tells Sai that she is her guardian angel and requests her to save his family from breaking apart as he does not want to lose his family.

Sai's heart breaks at Vinayak’s request and tells him that she will make him healthy again.

However, tearfully, Vinayak tells her that she will also have to stop his parents from divorcing each other while Sai tells him that she will do that too and put everything back the way it was.

Afterward, Sai begins to help Vinayak do the exercises while Ashwini watches at the door. 

Sai Taunts Ashwini

Meanwhile, Virat arrives at Sai’s given’s destination. 

At Chavan House, Ashwini stops Sai and asks her about Savi while Sai sarcastically tells her that now, she is feeling concerned when she has left. 

On being reminded that Sai used to be her daughter, Sai tells Ashwini that she was only precious to her when she was Virat’s wife and now Patralekha is getting the same love. 

Ashwini tries to justify her behavior and assures her that she is still very precious to her but she cannot stand beside her now because of the circumstances. 

She also tells her that she knew that Virat and Patralekha’s relationship will get affected by her coming here and it is because of her that their relationship is on the verge of a breakdown & will never be the same.

On the other hand, Virat waits anxiously for Sai. 

Virat is unstoppable!

Meanwhile, Sai looks shocked at Ashwini’s allegations while Ashwini tells her that she has seen mad love in Virat’s eyes for her. 

On being told that she is leaving this city forever to get away from Virat and his madness, Ashwini tells her that this will not solve anything as he will find her anywhere in the world because he knows that she still loves him. 

She tells her that Virat knows that she never loved another person despite being apart from him and is sure that one day soon, he will convince her.

Crying with helplessness, Ashwini tells her that she is bound to care for Patralekha and knows that Virat and Patralekha will never become one again. 

After a while, Virat realises that Sai has tricked him into getting out of the house.

In the meantime, Sai tells Ashwini that she will keep her promise to his son and will never allow his family to break apart. 

Virat comes home

Ashwini thanks her, feeling assured that if she promised Vinayak, then she will definitely find a way to fulfill it. 

Elsewhere, Dr. Satya calls Sai and tells her that he has talked in a hospital in Mumbai but she will have to join the next day while Sai tells him that she will be there as she wants to leave this place at all costs. 

On the other hand, Virat comes home running shouting Sai’s name and goes to Vinayak to ask him if Sai came here.

On hearing that Sai has assured Vinayak, that she will turn him healthy again, Virat becomes happy and tells him that he knew that she will do that.
