Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 18th September 2023 episode starts with Ishaan and Savi searching for Isha but in vain.

Savi murmurs that she cannot even think straight when a negative person like Ishaan is near her.

However, Ishaan asks her what she says while Savi gets quiet and they put more posters of Isha on the wall.

Meanwhile, Savi breaks down a little after some time and sits on the pavement while Ishaan asks her if she is tired and needs something to eat.

Savi shakes her head as Ishaan sits beside her and she gets the courage to ask him if there is not one loving memory of Isha in his heart.

Ishaan gets nostalgic but tells Savi that the person they love the most has left them, they are not able to come to terms with it as he remembers how Isha used to feed him when he used to cycle the house.

Just then, Savi asks him if he still remembers the way to their old house as Isha might be there and Ishaan is quick on his toes to start the car.

Meanwhile, Savi also messages Shantanu to come there, and true to Savi's thinking, Isha is there.

However, she is running behind a boy, asking him to eat food but there is no one in the hall except Isha.

Sadness strikes Savi as she realizes that Isha was hallucinating Ishaan when he was a child.

Just then, Shantanu also comes there and Isha's hallucination breaks as she looks at Ishaan.

Isha cries and has a meltdown when Ishaan doesn't come to comfort her when she asks him to call her "Aayi".

After some time, Isha finds herself awake in a room with Shantanu and Savi.

Shantanu softly tells Isha that she scared them to death but Savi's will brought them here.

However, Isha stays quiet after which Shantanu takes a decision and comes to Bhosale House to announce it.

He tells all the family members that he won't bring Isha to this house but will leave from here.

Surekha and Yashwant stare at Shantanu in shock and remind him how Isha left all of them 20 years ago.

Shantanu says that he knows all this but right now, time wants him to be with Isha as she has almost lost her mental balance.

Further, Shantanu doesn't shy away from saying that this decision will hurt Ishaan the most but he is the one who has all the pent-up hatred for Isha in his heart.

Surekha again tries to influence Shantanu's mind against Isha but he says this house doesn't need him and they should see what Ishaan did wrong to Isha.

Turning to Ishaan, Shantanu tells him that even though he is so understanding, Ishaan has failed to understand his mother's love.

Now that he is an adult, Shantanu has decided to leave the house as he was here only due to Ishaan who is capable of making independent decisions.

Meanwhile, Surekha asks Shantanu if Isha will ever need him since she has been living in a remote place like Ramtech just because she didn't like people poking their noses in her business.

Shantanu gracefully answers Surekha that whatever it may be, he knows that Isha needs him and he walks out of the house, angering Yashwant the most.

Later, Shantanu gets scolded by Isha saying that he did wrong to walk out from the family.

Just then, Ishaan also comes there, making Isha emotional as he says that he has something to talk to both Shantanu and Isha.
