Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 19th February 2023 episode starts with Patralekha complaining to Ashwini about Virat not taking their relationship seriously and that his attention is divided between her and Sai. 

She tells her that Virat is obsessed with Sai and her pain. 

Patralekha tells Ashwini that Virat has refused his promotion because of Sai and she is worried that one day Virat's love for Sai will overpower his duty and he will take everything from her. 

She asks her to talk to Virat so that he accepts the promotion and go to Mumbai. 

As Ashwini assures Patralekha of talking to Virat, Bhavani comes there telling Ashwini to not talk to Virat. 

Sai is Shocked

Meanwhile, Sai and Usha are shocked to hear about Bhavani’s visit.

Savi is relieved to hear that Sai is not angry with her and goes to resume her packing. 

On hearing that Bhavani has plotted to send them both out, Sai wonders what if Bhavani is trying to take revenge on her for telling Vinayak the truth. 

She tells Usha that she will not tolerate Bhavani’s interference in her life. 

Bhavani Praises Sai

In the meantime, Bhavani tells Ashwini to not take Patralekha’s talks seriously. 

She asks Patralekha when will she stop being insecure and not accuse Virat despite his several efforts to keep her happy. 

She praises Sai to Patralekha that Sai has independently brought up her daughter while Patralekha keeps whining again and again. 

Bhavani also warns Patralekha and Ashwini to not talk with Virat about Mumbai or else she will throw that person out of the house. 

Sonali overhears Bhavani and wonders about Bhavani hiding something big from everyone as earlier she calls Savi her granddaughter and now she is praising Sai to Patralekha.

Elsewhere, Usha tells Sai that Bhavani has made her work easy in telling Savi the truth. 

However, Sai tells her that Bhavani has complicated the situation by telling the truth to Savi. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha is lost in her thoughts when Vinayak asks her when will Virat come back. 

Patralekha becomes sad and says nostalgically that Virat does not come home completely these days and is always occupied with thoughts of Sai.

Sai Scolds Savi

Meanwhile, Savi comes to accompany Sai to Virat's house while Sai tells her that she will not take her with her. 

However, Savi refuses to back down and tells Sai that she wants to live with her father like other children. 

Sai tells Savi to go inside while Savi tells her to patch things up with Virat for her sake and take her to Virat's house so that she can live with her father. 

Sai scolds Savi for her stubbornness and later apologises to her for being harsh. 

She tells Savi that she can punish her all she like once she comes back from her important work.

Sai in Chavan's House 

Meanwhile, Vinayak asks Patralekha again about Virat while he is practising his cycling. 

Patralekha tells him that Virat will come home late as he had work to do. 

Later, she goes to get more food for Vinayak while he continues to bicycle. 

As Vinayak is about to fall on the axe, Sai comes in time and saves him. 

However, Vinayak gets scared to see Sai and begins to panic shouting for Patralekha to save him as "Gandi Aunty" (Sai) will take him with her. 

Patralekha tells him to not worry and promises him that she will not let Sai take away from her. 

After a while, Sai tells her to not waste her trying to play the victim card in front of her and putting the responsibility for Vinayak’s trauma on her. 

She tells Patralekha that she should be ashamed of filling Vinayak’s head with negativity as it will only turn him into a bitter person. 

Patralekha tells Sai to not lecture her in her own home. 

Just then Bhavani comes there and wonders if Savi has told Sai about her visit. 

Sai also looks at Bhavani with contempt and tells Patralekha that she will deal with her later.

Seeing Bhavani, Patralekha comes to her saying that Sai has traumatised Vinayak and she does not want to be like her and give pain to her children.
