Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 19th March 2023 episode starts with Sai asking Vinayak to come inside her cabin and asks him to take out his apron. 

Sai lies down on the bed telling Vinayak to examine her and teaching him how a doctor talks with patients. 

Both Sai and Vinayak are laughing at Vinayak's anecdote when Dr. Satya comes there. 

Sai gets up from the bed and irritatingly gets down when her ankle twisted and she would have fallen but Dr. Satya catches her. 

However, Sai asks him to leave her and Dr. Satya obliged letting Sai fall.

Sai gets hurt while Dr. Satya tells Vinayak that mother earth loves Sai so much that she wants to hug her. 

Vinayak corrects Dr. Satya that Sai is not her mother which makes Sai sad and Dr. Satya also observes it. 

Later, Dr. Satya treats Sai’s ankle telling her that if it is not treated it can become a fracture.

Sai reluctantly allows Dr. Satya to examine her foot while Nurse Sheetal records the process. 

Dr. Satya put the ankle in its place and impresses Vinayak in the process.

Vinayak calls him Dr. Cool while Dr. Satya tells Vinayak that Sai is Dr. Chidku. 

Later, Sai tells her nurse to come on time the next day as an inspection team will be coming clean and sterilize the labor room instrument. 

Further, Dr. Satya comes to Sai’s room to say their goodbyes and offers a lift to Nurse Sheetal. 

Another nurse tells Nurse Sheetal that she should not go with Dr. Satya as she has to come early the next day. 

Elsewhere, Patralekha calls Vinayak to ask about his school project and gets angry when Vinayak tells her that he has come to Sai’s hospital to have an experience.

Afterwards, Patralekha calls Virat who is apparently decorating the room and becomes happy to see Patralekha’s call. 

However, Patralekha is outraged and questions Virat for sending Vinayak with Sai without her permission. 

Virat tells that they can talk when she gets back home and that there is a small surprise for her too.

Later, Vinayak, Savi, Sai and Virat are sitting outside the pool to have dinner and Vinayak asks Savi about her day. 

Savi tells Vinayak that her day was very boring and that Virat neither fought any goon nor used his gun but was either on the phone or reading files. 

Virat tells Savi that this is what the police job is and not every day is spent fighting goons. 

However, Vinayak tells her that his day was very exciting as Dr. Satya healed Sai’s foot in a minute.

Vinayak shows Virat the video while Savi gets worried seeing Sai in the hospital bed. 

Virat tells Sai that he is the same doctor who has argued with him while Vinayak tells him that he calls him Dr. Cool. 

Hearing Vinayak tells Sai that Dr. Satya calls her Dr. Chidku, Virat gets possessive while Sai tells him that it is none of his business.

Just then, Savi tells them to start the Pizza party. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha comes home and is pleased to see her room decorated with fresh flowers and goes to search for Virat and Vinayak.

Seeing Sai and Savi’s room empty, Patralekha thinks that Virat has finally shifted Sai and Savi out of the house but wonders where they are.
