Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 19th May 2022 episode starts with Bhavani going to open the door expecting Sai. 

Bhavani is shocked to see her guest on the door and still no Sai to be found anywhere. 

Bhavani comes out of her shocked state and welcomes them.

Meanwhile, Sai is preparing the patient for delivery. 

At the Chavan house, Bhavani is expressing her anger at Ashwini for Sai’s lateness. 

Patralekha is using Sai’s absence to taunt Bhavani and Ashwini. 

Meanwhile, Sai has successfully delivered the baby and is reporting to Dr Thuraat who is angry at Sai for calling Virat with the patient's phone. 

He tells her to get ready to be treated like the worst intern from now on for showing over smartness with him.

Sai gets worried at Dr Thurrat’s warning and goes home. 

At the Chavan house, Bhavani is trying to appease the guests while they ask for Sai and mocks her absence.

Sonali instigates Bhavani against Sai while Bhavani looks at her angrily.

As the ladies begin to leave Patralekha brings their gifts which makes the women curious. 

Bhavani makes a false call that women understand very well. 

After a while, all the ladies insult Bhavani with their taunts and leave talking about being insulted by Sai. 

Patralekha again taunts Bhavani about the ceremony which makes Bhavani angry and she tells everyone that Sai will pay for this recklessness.

In the meantime, Shivani calls Virat to warn him of Bhavani’s anger.

After some time, Sai and Virat reach home with Virat with a bandaged hand and lies to Bhavani about being in an accident. 

However, Sai cannot tolerate any more lies and tells Bhavani her truth along with continuing her internship.

Bhavani and the rest of the family are shocked to hear about Sai’s internship and look at Virat questioningly.

Virat feels dejected at Sai’s confession.

Later, Virat tells Bhavani that Sai is telling the truth.
