Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 1st June 2023 episode starts with Vijendra telling Sai that there are sometimes people who make you wish to have them in your life and he also found that person who is still close to his heart. 

Sai asks him who she was while Vijendra takes a deep sigh and tells her that he could not choose his love at the right time. 

He tells her that those are lucky people who get the chance to be with their love for a lifetime. 

Meanwhile, Sai wonders if Vijendra is talking about Amba and asks him if he regrets not choosing her love. 

Vijendra tells her that every day he regrets not choosing his love but tells her to let the sleeping dogs lie and tells her to send his reports via mail.

On the other hand, Virat comes home to find his family worried and tells Bhavani to not worry as he had a talk with CA who told him that the problem was that he had been telling Patralekha that they should not default on the loan but she did not listen. 

He also tells them that it is possible that they have to sell the business. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani gets agitated and begins to take off her jewellery telling Virat to sell all her jewellery but the factory should not be sold as it was the legacy of his uncle Nagesh Chavan.

Omi also tells him that he has toiled his sweat and blood for this factory while Virat asks him to tell if he has any other solution. 

Later, Satya and Savi are planning for a movie night and Savi calls Sai to tell her to come home early. 

After a while, Dr Survasey comes to Sai with Vijendra’s report who is shocked to see that Vijendra has a brain tumor. 

On being told to give the news to Vijendra herself, Sai refuses telling him that she is not brave enough.

However, Dr Survasey tells her that she will have to be brave and tell Vijendra about his illness and explain to him how they will be moving forward with his case. 

Later, Sai comes to the police station to find Virat with Vijendra. 

As Vijendra welcomes her and offers her tea, Sai refuses and worriedly leaves his office. 

However, Virat reads Sai’s tense face and comes after her asking her why has she lied for the first time to Vijendra. 

Sai breaks down and hugs Virat crying which shocks Virat and he tells her to sit. 

Meanwhile, Sai tells him that she will not be able to tell Vijendra that he has a brain tumour. 

She tells him that he is like a father to her and she cannot lose him after Kamal. 

Virat offers to tell him the truth along with her and tells her that they should take him out to break the news to him. 

Sai feels grateful while Virat wipes her tears with his handkerchief and stares into each other’s eyes. 

Later, Sai and Virat bring Vijendra to a hotel where Vijendra asks them to speak up. 

Sai looks surprised at the comment while Vijendra tells her that he knows her too well. 

On hearing that he does not have too much time, Sai gets triggered and tells him to not say anything like that as she will not let anything happen to him. 

Vijendra laughs and tells her that he is talking about his appointment and why is she talking about something happening to him.
