Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 1st March 2023 episode starts with Ashwini assuring Patralekha that she will talk to Sai and if her answers are satisfactory, then she will decide if Sai can live here or not.

Meanwhile, Virat wakes up and praises Sai’s driving skills while Sai tells him that some Khadoos Jasoos had taught him once. 

Virat feels offended and tells her that she never praises him for the good things she has done but blames him for things that he has not done. 

Sai apologizes for blaming him for Jagthap’s sins and tells him that it was Jagthap who told Patralekha about Vinayak. 

Virat gets hyper on hearing about Jagthap while Sai tells him that they cannot do anything about it. 

Stopping the car at her hospital, Sai thanks Virat and tells him to go safely and message her after reaching there. 

Later, Virat is discussing cases with his junior when he tells him about the earring lodged in his collar. 

Virat looks around at the laughing faces of other officers and tells them it must be amusing to them but for him, it is a matter of happiness. 

Just then, Ajay Kamble comes there in attitude and questions Virat for opening a file against him. 

Virat questions about messaging Sai and hitting her auto to threaten her while Ajay tells him that he did not know that she is his ex-wife. 

Kamble tells him that, Sai forced him to put ash on her by slapping him. 

Virat punches him in the face and tells him to stop doing misdeeds or he will die in the encounter someday. 

Later, Kamble’s lawyer comes with an anticipatory bail while Kamble tells him and the police that he will take his revenge on Holi. 

In the meantime, Savi is making the police constables do the drill when Sai comes and apologizes for being disturbed. 

However, the constables tell them that they are having a good time and do not mind. 

In the outhouse, Sai looks surprised to see Ashwini while Ashwini tells her that she has come here with the air cooler. 

Ashwini reminds Sai that she is no longer Virat’s wife but another woman like Patralekha was when Sai was married to Virat. 

She expresses her worries about Patralekha’s feelings who is getting insecure by the day, thinking that she will lose Virat and Vinayak. 

Ashwini also tells her to not take Vinayak from Patralekha as he is her lifeline.

Sai feels hurt at Ashwini calling her another woman and tells her that by accusing her, she has caused a rift between a mother and daughter's relationship. 

She also questions her for expecting to let go of a child just because she has Savi and asks her how fair is this. 

Sai also tells Ashwini that she is not here to take something that belongs to Patralekha but she is here to take something that belongs to her. 

Ashwini tells her that she feels helpless as she knows that Patralekha cannot become a mother and only lives for Virat and Vinayak. 

She requests Sai to not take away the happiness of someone’s house in her quest for getting Vinayak back. 

Later, Patralekha installs Sai’s earring on the wall while everyone asks them why is she installing an earring in a frame. 

Patralekha tells them that this is for Virat’s benefit so that Virat can smile seeing it all the time.
