Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 20th February 2023 episode starts with Sai telling Patralekha that she will not be tolerating anything anymore. 

Just then, Patralekha tells Bhavani that Sai has once again scared Vinayak by coming here.

Meanwhile, Savi calls Sai and tells her that she has left home to go to Virat’s house. 

Sai is shocked to hear Savi’s news while Savi is walking on the street with her suitcase and bag. 

Savi tells her that Virat’s house is her house too and she is going there to live.

She tells Sai to not worry as she has money and Virat’s address too. 

As Sai tells Savi to go back someone has snatched Savi’s home and runs away.

Sai rushes out to reach to Savi and calls Usha to inform her about how Savi left.

In the meantime, Savi is walking on the empty street thinking about her next plan when she comes across three drunkards who capture her and tell her to earn money for them on the signal by begging. 

Meanwhile, Sai gets off the auto rickshaw looking for Savi. 

On the other hand, Savi bites the hand of the drunkard holding her and throws soil in their eyes to run away. 

She drops her shoes while running and hides behind a pillar in a colony. 

Meanwhile, Sai finds Savi’s shoes and worriedly walks in that direction. 

However, the drunkards find Savi and threaten to punish her for running away. 

Just then, Sai comes there where Savi complains to her about the goons. 

They try to attack Sai as well but Sai fights with them in utter anger and beats them to a pulp before taking Savi home.

Later, Sai brings Savi home and Usha scolds Savi for leaving the house while Sai tells Usha to let it go for now. 

After a while, Savi apologises to Sai for leaving the house alone and requests her to patch things up with Virat so they all can live together. 

The next morning, Mohit tells Karishma about a new web series and tells her to not miss it while Karishma gets excited and tells him to jog so they can watch it together later. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani and Sonali are sitting on the lawn when Pulkit comes there. 

Karishma and Patralekha bring tea for everyone while Omi asks Patralekha about Vinayak's health.

Patralekha tells everyone that their favourite Sai had come home the previous night and scared Vinayak so much that he was up all night crying. 

Just then, Virat also joins them and asks  Patralekha why she is shouting so early in the morning. 

Patralekha blames Virat for the situation and tells him about Sai’s last night's visit.

She tells him to go and tell Sai to not come to their house because Vinayak completely hates her. 

However, Virat tells her that Sai will not come to Chavan's house and she should let the matter rest. 

Just then, Savi and Sai come there with their luggage, proving Virat's words wrong.
