Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 20th March 2023 episode starts with Sai making Vinayak sleep in a tent and falling asleep along with him. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha comes looking for Virat and Vinayak thinking they must be waiting for her. 

However, she gets shocked to see Sai sleeping with Vinayak and Virat sleeping with Savi on the same bed in the tent.

Meanwhile, Virat has a beautiful dream and wakes up to see it is morning and Savi is sleeping beside him. 

Seeing Sai sleeping beside Vinayak he becomes happy that he is living the dream.

Just then, his alarm rings and he is shocked to see it is 6 AM in the morning and wonders about Patralekha. 

Virat gets worried thinking about Patralekha’s anger and how she will react after seeing them together. 

He comes down running to his room and tells Patralekha that he was waiting for her the previous night and that he has decorated the room for her too. 

Patralekha tells him to relax as she had seen his efforts and has gone to the terrace hoping for more surprises but got shocked instead. 

Virat apologizes to Patralekha and tells her that they were celebrating children's project day at their offices and went to sleep unintentionally. 

Patralekha sarcastically tells him that it was no problem that they both never get the chance to talk. 

However, Virat tells Patralekha that he is happy after a long time with both his kids around him and requests her to let things be the way they are.

Patralekha asks Virat that will he not ask Sai to leave to which he replies that he will not. 

Patralekha tells him that now, she will not ask him to tell Sai to leave. 

Virat looks happy to hear this and hugs Patralekha, expressing his happiness, and offers to take her and Vinayak to dinner. 

However, Patralekha refuses to cite an excuse for work. 

The next day, Virat is driving Sai to the hospital while she complains about the auto strike and being late on the inspection day and the conversation gets shifted to Dr. Satya. 

Virat gets annoyed hearing Sai give him a nickname. 

Sai questions Virat for being annoyed at Dr. Satya’s name and tells him that he should not be his concern. 

Sai tells conversationally that Dr. Satya is a weird person who has enticed the entire women staff and is somewhat doing the time pass flirting with one nurse. 

Just then, Virat’s car stops due to some problem and Sai tells him that she will take the shortcut from there and will also shop for the Gudi Parva festival. 

Meanwhile, Amba Bai Adhikari, Dr. Satya’s mother shops for Mango and Neem leaves and bargains for taking advantage of the festival. 

Dr. Satya also joins her and gets the price to drop to ten rupees. 

After a while, Sai also comes to the same stall to buy leaves where Dr. Satya spots her and introduces her to his mother. 

Amba finds Sai beautiful and asks about her parents which makes Sai sad. 

Sai tells her that her parents have passed away a long time ago. 

Amba gets excited and tells Dr. Satya that Sai does not look married and is alone. 

However, Dr. Satya tells her that Sai has children and tells her to stop interviewing  Sai.
