Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 20th May 2023 episode starts with Satya telling Sai that he will go outside to get a call as it can be from the hospital.

As Satya leaves the table, Virat who is sitting across another table watches Sai with drunken eyes.

Taking Satya's seat, Virat questions Sai about how could she be so heartless to come here.

Sai realizes that he is sloshed while Virat tells her that he comes here every year to fulfill his promise, the one he made when they celebrated Vatt Savitri.

Sai sweats profusely while Virat keeps on blaming her for squashing his heart and now stabbing into one memory that was special to both of them.

He lets her know that none of the family members know he comes here every year while questioning her at the same time about how could she come here and sit at the same seat.

Sai hides her face in embarrassment when Virat bangs on the table, demanding his answers from her and telling other people nearby to clap for his ex-wife.

Satya grabs Virat to beat him

He then looks at the plate filled with sweets and exclaims that Gulaab Jamun is also in there.

With drunken eyes, Virat asks Sai to open her mouth as he forcefully tries to make her eat and open her fast.

Referring to her as Mrs. Adhikari again, Virat asks the nearby customers to clap again but Satya comes there and gets angry.

He grabs Virat's neck, threatening him with how dare he open Sai's fast while Sai tries to unlatch these two by informing Satya that Virat is extremely drunk.

Satya finally releases Virat as he falls down on one of those chairs, totally unconscious.

Bhavani gets angry at Satya

When Mohit doesn't pick up Sai's call, she informs Satya that they have to drop Virat home, making Satya enraged and say this is the last thing he wanted to be, become a cab driver.

Later, Satya gets into the driver's seat while Sai tries to placate his anger.

However, Satya reminds Sai that Virat has a habit of snooping into their conversation with eyes closed and asks her to talk to him at home.

Just then, an unconscious Virat murmurs in his drunken state that he will fight Satya as he took away his betraying wife, Sai.

Satya gets angry and drives the car fast, causing Sai to ask him to stop as she will call a cab driver and drop Virat at home.

Virat keeps on mumbling that he will smash Satya who in turn says if he was conscious, he will teach him who will smash who.

Sai who is witnessing all this keeps quiet as she tries to keep her anger at bay.

As Sai and Satya drop Virat home, Ninad gets worried along with Bhavani who causes a rampage at Sai that her presence always troubles Virat.

Sai doesn't say anything as Bhavani keeps on insulting her and then comes at Satya to insult him.

However, Satya loses his cool and tells Bhavani that today he will talk and she will listen.

He tells her that it was his and Sai's first Vatt Savitri that Virat destroyed and on top of that, Mohit who is a son of this house didn't bother to pick his phone up.

Satya finally confesses!

Ninad takes Virat inside as Sai follows an angry Satya and questions him why he is feeling hurt for not being able to celebrate Vatt Savitri.

Satya finally confesses that he is started to have feelings for Sai and has immense respect for her as they are something to each other now.

Sai asks Satya to go have dinner with her but he says his mood has been lost.

Meanwhile, Ninad tells Ashwini that he will try to get Virat transferred but Ashwini cries and says she cannot do that as they are there for him right now along with Veenu.

At Adhikari Residence, Satya is standing with a gloomy expression near the window while Sai comes with food for him.

She says if he won't eat then she will also sleep without eating as Satya comments on her dramatics.

Sai gives him her million-dollar smile as both of them feed each other food after which Satya's mood shifts significantly.

Amba plans Sai & Satya's honeymoon

Showing the selfie of her wearing the saree gifted by him, Sai tells him that she wore it which makes Satya smile.

On the other hand, Sonali taunts Bhavani for hearing from Satya now as Bhavani labels Sai as nothing when she came to Virat.

On top of this, Sonali says that Virat shouldn't have encouraged Sai to study.

The next morning, Amba reminds Sai that both she and Satya have to apply for holidays as their tickets are confirmed for Goa.

Sai gets silent and smiles a little to please Amba while Savi asks what is a honeymoon.

She then asks Sai to also take her on honeymoon which wipes the smile off Sai's face as she is in big trouble now.
