Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 20th November 2023 episode starts with Surekha telling Durga that she will not leave Savi alone now and will make her pay.

Meanwhile, Surekha tells her that from today she will have all her support as she has to even the highest score with Isha and Savi too.

On the other hand, Ishaan raises Savi to Anvi and a degree of pride is evident in his voice.

Savi also thanks God for Ishaan's support or else she would not have been able to do anything.

Elsewhere, Mandaar asks Sam what is he counting while Sam tells him that it is the amount of pain that he is going to inflict on Savi.

Mandaar suggests to kill Savi but Samrudh tells him that he wants to make Savi beg for death.

The next morning, Savi calls Isha to tell her that she is coming to meet her before college.

As she is about to leave, Ishaan comes there to once again thank Kavind for giving her a plant as a gift.

However, Savi uses the opportunity to remind him that Isha too deserves his thanks and should give one plant to her also.

Later, Isha praises Savi for standing up for Durga despite the opposition.

Savi presents her with a plant and tells her that Ishaan has given it to her.

She praises Ishaan for not showing the attitude and that fate is working to bring him and Ishaan together.

Afterwards, Savi tells her that she is also here to invite her to judge her college festival.

However, Isha is sceptical about Ishaan's reaction and refuses to be the judge.

Meanwhile, Yashwant praises Ishaan for the guest list while Shantanu tells them to look at the judge's name. 

On seeing Isha's name, Ishaan recalls Savi's advice and tells them that she can come but she should mind her business only.

Seeing Nishikant also favour the decision, Yashwant also allows Isha to be the judge.

Elsewhere, Durva tells Surekha about Savi's invitation to Isha to judge the competition and that Yashwant has given her permission too.

Durva snarls with hatred and tells Surekha that she has no hold on the college matters anymore as Savi and Isha make decisions for their college.

However, promptly instigated, Surekha vows not to let Isha judge the competition or let Savi win.

The next morning, Ishaan welcomes all the students to a week-long fest and tells them that this time their college is under scrutiny and they will also be judged by Pune University.

On the other hand, Surekha waits outside the College gate to stop Isha from entering the college.

Later, Ishaan starts the Sanskrit test 2023 and invites everyone to the Assembly Hall for a great competition.

Ishaan and others are pleased to see the arrangements and paises Savi who tells them that it is teamwork. 

Elsewhere, Surekha intercepts Isha from entering the college, hurls insults at her for coming there and tells her to leave.

However, Isha is not perturbed by her and tells her that she has been invited to come to judge the event.
