Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 20th October 2023 episode starts with Ishaan playing loud music leading Savi to ask how can she give a test if he plays music.

Hearing this, Ishaan tells Savi that since she can't silence a passing marriage procession, she better write her exam without wasting time. 

Savi starts writing the exam while on the other hand, Shukla shows the college to his mother when he hears music from the conference room.

This leads Shukla to think that since when did Ishaan start listening to such songs while inside, Savi finishes the exam and Ishaan checks the paper.

After checking, Ishaan tells Savi that she secured 80% making her happy, but Ishaan tells Savi to put in more concentration.

Hearing this, Savi tells Ishaan that she'll resign from the cultural secretary post but Ishaan advises her to learn balancing since she can't run away from her responsibility. 

Savi agrees and leaves, while Ishaan thinks that Savi is intelligent and will make the institute proud.

Later, Savi returns to the hostel and decides to call Isha but Isha calls Savi when she happily talks to her. 

Isha asks Savi the reason behind her excitement leading Savi to tell Isha that Ishaan is guiding her for UPSC.

Hearing this, Isha gets happy while Savi tells Isha how Ishaan motivates her leading Isha to bless her for reaching her goal. 

Isha adds that she mustn't forget her leading Savi to state that she is her everything and Isha wishes Savi the best for Navratri Fest.

Afterwards, Savi goes to the Fest area and corrects the arrangements when Shukla takes Savi with him to make her meet his mother who kept a stall in the fest.

Seeing Shukla's mother's stall, Savi helps her out leading Shukla's mother to thank Savi for her help and she takes Shukla's mother's blessing.

Amidst this, Durva sees the arrangements with her gang and comments that Savi has made the event a down-market event. 

Afterwards, Durva and her gang go to Shukla's mother's shop on the pretext of putting on shoes and push Shukla's mother when she tries to fit a shoe as per their request.

Just then, Savi holds Shukla's mother and confronts Sara and others for their behaviour, leading Durva to pass degrading comments on Savi. 

This infuriates Savi when Kinjal asks Savi not to lose her cool as Durva wants her to create a scene. 

Seeing Ishaan, Durva plans to instigate Savi more and terms her to be a slut leading Savi to slap her when Ishaan comes in.

Durva complains to Ishaan that Savi slapped her meaninglessly when Ishaan asks Savi what happened.

Savi tells Ishaan that Durva and her gang misbehaved with Shukla's mother and Durva passed degrading comments on her character. 

Seeing Shukla's mother, Ishaan asks Shukla's mother to say who is correct when Shukla's mother learns that Durva is Ishaan's sister.

To create no trouble, Shukla's mother lies to Ishaan, stating that she didn't hear anything, making Savi pale.
