Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 21st February 2023 episode starts with Virat defending Sai when Savi’s voice stops him. 

Bhavani and Virat become happy to see her while Patralekha looks shocked. 

Savi tells Virat that she has a surprise for him and takes out the adoption papers and tears them apart. 

Sonali asks Bhavani if Sai is using Savi to get inside Chavan's house or is she going to Kankaun

Virat asks her why has she torn the papers while Savi tells him that she now knows that Virat is her real father and she is Savi Chavan. 

Virat becomes happy to hear that Savi knows the truth. 

Savi asks Patraleha about Vinayak and she tells her that Vinayak has slept late so they should not disturb him. 

However, Bhavani tells Patralekha to let Savi wake Vinayak as he needs to know about the truth and know his real family. 

Meanwhile, Ashwini asks Virat who told Savi the truth. 

Patralekha looks accusingly at Sai and tells everyone that Sai has told Savi and must have encouraged Savi to come live in Chavan's house so she can come with her. 

However, Virat tells Patralekha that he is not concerned about who tells Savi what because he is happy that he does not need to lie to Savi anymore. 

Patralekha tells him that she cannot let Sai come into her son's life and traumatize him more.

She also shames Sai for calling herself a mother when she traumatized his child like this. 

Sai shuts Paralekha and tells her that she is not a bad mother but she is and Vinayak is traumatized because of her. 

She asks Patralekha what kind of mother kidnaps her own son and takes him away from his loved ones.  

She also reminds her of losing control and agonizing Vinayak with her fear and telling him the truth in the worst way and filling his heart against her with hatred.

Sai tells her that she is the one who has traumatized her and she has come here to heal him of this fear and trauma that she has inculcated in his mind. 

She tells Patralekha that she will stay here as long as Vinayak is traumatized and after that, she will go away from here. 

Patralekha gets angry and asks Virat to throw Sai out of the house for, she will not tolerate her presence in her home and around her son. 

Virat remains quiet and Patralekha tells him that if he cannot send Sai back then she herself will throw her things out. 

As Patralekha is about to take Sai’s bag, Virat stops her. 

Meanwhile, Savi comes to surprise Vinayak and tells him that she has come to live in Chavan's house permanently as Virat is her real father and he is her real brother. 

Vinayak looks surprised at the news and asks her how is that possible. 

Later, Savi tells Vinayak that Sai will also live with them in this house which makes Vinayak scared and he tells Savi that Sai cannot live here. 

Meanwhile, Virat tells Patralekha that she cannot throw his daughter and Sai’s bag from the house as he also wishes for his daughter to stay at home. 

Ashwini also objects to Virat’s decision about living with his ex-wife and current wife under one roof. 

She tells him that this will complicate so many lives and the family’s reputation will be ruined. 

However, Virat tells Ashwini that he is only concerned that his children will live in the house with their family. 

Patralekha tells Virat to live with his daughter and ex-wife as much as he wants but she will not live in this house and is going away from here with Vinayak.
