Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 21st November 2023 episode starts with Surekha telling Isha that she has a habit of being involved in other people's matters & used Shantanu to get into their family.

Meanwhile, Isha tells her that she has conspired against her to throw her out of the house. 

However, Surekha tells her that she need not do anything as she left on her own accord.

Isha reminds her that she is not the one to leave the house but only went to look after her parents and when she returned, Surekha shut the door on her.

Isha also tells her those who conspire against others get burnt by it. 

However, Surekha’s arrogance is evident when she tells Isha that her son prefers her over Isha. 

On the other hand, Ishaan explains the rules to all the participants and then asks Shantanu about Isha who is yet to arrive. 

Shantanu is also worried that Isha is not picking up her phone. 

Meanwhile, Isha refuses to leave, telling Surekha that she has an official invitation. 

Surekha snatches her invitation, tears it and tells her that she is the owner of this institute.

Isha tells Surekha that that day is not far when her son will break from her barriers and come back to her and then she will not need any invitations. 

After that, Isha leaves from there while Ishaan introduces the judges to the participants except Isha. 

Just then, Surekha comes there telling everyone that their third judge will not be joining them. 

Surekha lies to Ishaan that Isha is not well and that is why will not be able to come.

Ishaan tells everyone that they should start the competition while Shantanu wonders what happened to Isha suddenly. 

Meanwhile, Savi calls Isha and asks her what happened to her while Isha tells her that she is fine so she should not worry about her. 

At the same time, Surekha instigates Ishaan by telling her that she had to lie to everyone about Isha because Isha refused to come to the college out of spite. 

Elsewhere, Durva and her gang have planned to cheat in the graffiti competition. 

Ayush changes Sara with a professional graffiti artist to win the competition. 

Later, Ishaan looks around at the work of all the participants and addresses Savi when she slips on the ladder in an attempt to turn back and lands in Ishaan’s arms. 

Meanwhile, Durva calls Surekha to show Ishaan and Savi’s romantic moment. 

Savi realises that she has ruined Ishaan’s jacket and they begin to banter with each other while Surekha witnesses the whole conversation on a video call and fumes in anger. 

She assures Durva that she will not let Savi win and she will have to pay for being disobedient. 

Later, Savi goes to get the colour from the store room and collides with Sara on her way back.
