Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 21st September 2023 episode starts with Shantanu telling Isha that Yashwant has told him that he is not welcome into that house. 

Isha tells him that Yashwant cannot say that as he too has a stake in that house. 

However, Shantanu gets emotional and asks Isha if is there any place or anyone where he has a stake. 

He tells her that all his life he has been trying to make everyone happy but never succeeded because he and his family are always ready with taunts for him.  

Why can he not decide for himself and why no one can understand that all he wants to do is take care of her while she is unwell? 

Elsewhere, Savi comes to Harini’s room looking for her and wonders if Kiran has beaten her again.

Just then, Harini comes out of the washroom and smilingly tells Savi that she is pregnant. 

Savi is delighted at the news but gets worried thinking about Kiran. 

However, Harini tells her that she has heard that a child is a bond that strengthens the husband and wife relationship.

Later, in the college Savi comes to Ishaan to talk about something when he tells her that he does not want to talk to a girl like her. 

Savi looks puzzled while Ishaan calls her a double standard person who always has a different set of values for others and themselves. 

He tells her that when it comes to her brother she and her Isha Mam take the complaint back but when they made their life hell, she suspected them. 

Savi is shocked to hear the news while Ishaan tells her that he can never trust her in his life. 

Later, Savi comes to Isha to ask her why she took her complaint back just because the culprit was her brother. 

Isha tells her that he does not want to ruin Vinayak’s career by filing a complaint against him. 

However, Savi tells her that Vinayak deserves to be punished and if he is not stopped now then, he will become more bold in his attempts. 

Isha tells her that sometimes forgiveness is a better lesson than punishment.

However, Savi tells her that because of her decision today, she was not able to defend herself to Ishaan who thinks they both are liars. 

Later, Savi comes to Ishaan and tells him that he wants to explain the reason for Isha’s decision. 

On the other hand, Kiran comes home in a bad mood and scolds Harini for packing him bland food. 

However, Harini continues to smile and offers him sweets before telling him that they are pregnant. 

Kiran becomes happy to hear the news and hugs her with love, offering to bring her everything she needs. 

Harini becomes happy to hear that and shyly tells him to get ready as they have to go to attend the wedding. 

On hearing that Savi will come home late, Kiran changes his mind and tells Harini to go alone and he will join her later as he feels tired. 

Harini insists on waiting but Kiran tells her to go ahead as he does not enjoy the party that much. 

On the other hand, Ishaan asks Savi what new story has she concocted as an excuse. 

However, Savi tells her that the truth needs no excuse and that she did not know that Isha had taken her complaint back. 

However, Isha has told her that she does not want her to suffer the pain of distancing herself from her family nor does she operate on revenge. 

Ishaan remains unimpressed while Savi tells him that when it comes to Isha and her, he becomes a completely different person because of his hatred and anger. 

Elsewhere, Kiran waits for Savi to come home and tells her to offer him congratulations on the big news.
