Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 22nd April 2023 episode starts with Virat telling Sai that if the wedding is fake then the husband is also going to be fake.

Sai's determination

Virat confidently states that he knows Sai can never love someone like him so he will not get demotivated.

Sai turns to leave, claiming that Virat will have to wait for the rest of his life since she will never come back.

However, when Sai arrives at Dr. Satya’s clinic, she gets surprised to find it empty.

At the same time, Sai gets a video call from Savi who expresses her happiness as now her mother and father are getting married so her family will be completed now.

This wipes the smile from Sai’s face and she cuts the call, whispering that today, Virat has again given false hopes to Savi just like he also has risen his hopes.

Patralaekha's big decision 

Meanwhile, Patralekha is packing her bags in her room with tears in her eyes.

As she brings out a saree from the wardrobe, she stares at it with sad eyes as it reminds her of the moment when Vinayak gifted her this.

She says that Vinayak is the only one in this house who cares for her and that she hopes one day Vinayak reads the letter she has written for him.

On the other hand, as Sai is wandering in Dr. Satya’s clinic, he walks in, saying she is famous right now.

Sai calls Virat stupid

Sai explains to Dr. Satya that she came here to apologize for not being able to go to Mumbai and that Virat has played with her emotions in front of everyone.

Dr. Satya questions Sai if she thinks Virat has made a joke about her because it takes courage to confess one’s feeling in front of people.

He suddenly gets lost in his memories as he also proposed to Neerja just like Virat in front of people in the market and a big smile spreads on his face.

Dr. Satya urges Sai to not worry after he comes out of his memory lane.

Virat's duty is at risk

Meanwhile, Virat enters Chavan’s house only to find his senior sitting.

DIG sir makes it very clear to Virat that if Virat continues to express his feelings like this then he will be transferred to a different location.

Saying this, DIG sir walks away and Ninad comes forward to make Virat understand that he is destroying his reputation by choosing this path.

Virat replies that his responsibility is always a priority to him while Ashwini expresses that she can feel her family crumbling in front of her eyes.

On the other hand, Patralekha tells Vinayak’s picture that she knows very soon, Savi and Virat will make Vinayak agree to the marriage and that she cannot see Vinayak calling someone else his mother so she is leaving now.

With this said, Patralekha stands up from her spot and picks up the divorce paper to give it to Virat.

Satya's proposal

In the meantime, Dr. Satya asks Sai if she really thinks Virat has made fun of her to which Sai replies that if a married man confesses his feelings like this, then it is stupidity.

She announces that she needs to marry someone who has zero expectations from her just to get Virat off her back which makes Dr. Satya stare at her with interest.

In Chavan's house, Virat tells Bhavani that he is sure Sai is just fake threatening him since she does not have anyone in her life to marry.

However, Bhavani reminds him of Satya's closeness with Sai which makes Virat shut his mouth.

Patralekha overhears everything as she is here to enter the room.

Meanwhile, Dr. Satya jokingly suggests that he and Sai should get married as he is also looking for someone who does not have any expectations.

Just then, the ward boy comes to reveal that a family of four people is admitted after they got into an accident.

Satya offers Sai her post once again since Sai did not go to Mumbai after all.

On the other hand, Savi requests Virat to make her sleep since Sai is with Dr. Satya causing Virat to look suspicious.
