Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 22nd September 2023 episode starts with Yashwant telling Surekha that she should not be worried about Ishaan as he hates Isha. 

Meanwhile, Surekha tells him that they cannot overlook this matter as Isha is very cunning and has put Savi on Ishaan’s trail to get sympathy from him. 

Yashwant tells her to do whatever she thinks is right but Ishaan should not get hurt in the process. 

Surekha Accuses Isha of Playing Games

Later, Surekha calls Isha and accuses her of playing games with Ishaan and Shantanu. 

She also tells her that she understands her planning too well and that she is destroying the peace of her family. 

However, Isha gets angry and tells her that she is not playing any game and that it is Shantanu’s will to come and live with her and she should talk to Shantanu if she has a problem with that. 

Afterward, Isha shouts at Shantanu for coming to live with her and that because of him she has to listen to this nonsense.

Savi Lies To Harini

Meanwhile, Savi cries behind the locked door looking scared and hurt, feeling alone in this harsh world. 

Just then Harini comes back home asking Kiran why did they not come as she was waiting for them. 

Harini gets worried to see Kiran hurt and asks him what has happened. 

Meanwhile, Savi comes out of the room, on hearing Harini’s voice and hugs her while crying. 

Harini becomes worried to see Savi crying and asks her what is troubling her. 

Kiran gets worried thinking that Savi will expose him and subtly reminds Savi of the unborn child Harini is carrying. 

Savi lies to Harini saying that she is crying because she is missing Ninad and Ashwini. 

Harini feels relieved and tells her to not worry as they will call them the next day. 

On being asked, Kiran lies to Harini about Savi’s last-minute assignment and that his foot slipped in the bathroom. 

Savi suffers from the aftermath of the traumatic event and shakes with fear while crying. 

Just then Harini comes there and asks Savi if she is telling the truth about missing Ashwini and Ninad or if is it anything else.

Savi once again recalls Kiran’s threat and tells Harini that she is missing her grandparents only. 

Harini happily shares with her that Kiran has changed after hearing the news about the baby when she told him about the baby and she is positive that everything will be fine between them from now on. 

Savi remains quiet while Harini tells her to get rest and they will call home in the morning. 

Savi Leaves Harini's House

The next morning, Savi is all packed to leave the house when Harini asks her again if there is something she is not telling her because she decided to shift to the hostel all of a sudden. 

Before Savi can say anything, Kiran comes there and Savi tells her that she will talk to her later. 

Later, Kiran looks surprised to hear that Savi is going to apply for the hostel and leaves the house in a hurry. 

On the other hand, Asmita and Shikha come to visit Isha and Shantanu at their home and express their happiness to meet her after a long time. 

Shikha also presents Isha and Shantanu with homemade food so they can have a break from the kitchen and spend time with each other. 

On the other hand, Savi arrives at the college but finds the office locked and stands out waiting for it to open.

Kiran Comes To Bhosale Institute

Elsewhere, Yashwant, Ishaan, and Nishikant are in a meeting about the allotment of hostels to the students. 

Meanwhile, Yashwant tells them that they should follow the procedure and allot the rooms as per the priority list and focus more on getting Shantanu back. 

On hearing that Savi’s name is on top of the list, Ishaan gets angry and tells Nishikant that they will not be giving accommodation to Savi as she never comes alone but brings trouble with her. 

However, Yashwant tells him that he agrees with him but rules have to be followed or else they will have to face another of Savi’s protests. 

Just then Shukla Ji comes there informing everyone that Savi’s brother-in-law has come and insists on meeting him.
