Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 23rd April 2023 episode starts with Virat recalling Bhavani's words about whether Sai has developed a bond with Satya after winning the case or not.

His anxiousness keeps growing as he pets Savi's head, making her go to sleep.

However, he takes the keys to his car and goes out soon.

Meanwhile, the nurses in the hospital talk about the video in which Virat could be seen professing his love for Sai madly.

As both of them talk about it, a male nurse approaches them and cheaply comments that Dr. Sai is in profit since she has an ex-husband who is mad about her.

Meanwhile, here, she is enjoying herself with Dr. Satya but both the female nurses ask him to shut up and move on with his work.

In Dr. Satya's cabin, Sai reveals that she has to fulfill the promise she gave to Vinayak which involves getting married in order to cease Virat's madness.

Dr. Satya tells her that she has a lot to take care of when suddenly, he spills something, making her doctor's coat dirty.

Virat arrives at Sai's Hospital

On the other hand, Virat enters the hospital Sai works in and hears two male doctors talking cheaply about Sai.

He grabs both their collars and asks them to stop talking nonsense, and they nod their head in fear as Virat is a DCP.

Meanwhile, as Sai stands up, a few droplets of sanitizer enters Satya's eye, making it sting.

He winces in pain while Sai tries to comfort him and asks him to stay still.

As Sai is checking on his eye by walking closer to him, Virat enters the cabin and loses his calm, yelling at Satya to stay away from Sai.

Virat pushes him and then turns to Sai, asking her if she rejected him due to Satya.

Satya tries to intervene to make sense to Virat but Sai asks him not to since she wants to hear what Virat thinks about her.

With a screeching voice, Virat yells that he thought Sai was upset at him for marrying Patralekha and hurting her but looks like, she has found herself a new man to have affair with.

Sai bashes Virat and regrets it

He brings up the topic of Sai not wanting to be another woman and break Patralekha's marriage with Virat but the truth is Sai is herself having an affair with Dr. Satya in the name of saving Patralekha's home.

Virat states that she played the victim card of being a single mother and asks her if she did all this just to hide her affair with Satya. 

Sai loses it and tells Virat that whatever he said is right. 

Unable to control the force in her tongue, Sai lashes at Virat and tells him that she entered Chavan House just so she could get revenge on Virat as she doesn't care about anyone.

She states that just as he hurt her in the past when she was willing to mend the gaps in their relationship, she wanted to hurt Virat and make him miserable.

Addressing Virat's desperate attempts to be near her, Sai says that he is right to say that she played the single mother card and now, she will marry Dr. Satya.

Satya looks shocked while tears well up in Virat's eyes when he is told to get out by Sai.

When he doesn't move, Sai grabs his hand and throws him out of the cabin, shutting the door in his face while she turns around and cries herself. 

Sai asks Dr. Satya to marry her

Virat returns home and trashes his room angrily as he drops Sai's photograph on the floor.

Meanwhile, Sai collapses on the floor and cries hard as Satya watches her helplessly.

The next morning, Sai wakes up and realizes that she slept in a sitting posture on the floor as Satya slept in his seat.

When he wakes up, he tells her that he will bring some breakfast for her while Sai thinks that she didn't even ask Dr. Satya whether he will marry her or not.

After Satya returns with a fresh bottle of water and hands it to Sai, she asks him whether he is ready to marry her or not.
