Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 23rd February 2023 episode starts with Patralekha knocking on Vinayak’s door to find the door locked and is shocked to see him inside the tent and windows closed. 

Patralekha cajoles Vinayak to talk and eat with her. 

She assures him that no one will take him away from here as it is her promise. 

However, Vinayak refuses to believe her by saying that Virat has also promised him but still Sai came to their house. 

Just then, Ashwini comes there telling Veenu to not be scared in his home as no one will take him away. 

Patralekha shows Ashwini Vinayak’s condition and requests her to talk to Virat who is least bothered about Vinayak’s condition. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani is packing tiffin while Sonali is looking at onion with teary eyes. 

Just then, Virat comes there and Bhavani tells him to take the tiffin to Sai and Savi which stuns Virat. 

Bhavani tells Virat that there is nothing strange in this as she loves her son and daughter a great deal. 

Meanwhile, Savi and Sai are trying to get over the tiredness while Savi tells her that real families work together and help each other. 

On being shown the various food items, Savi asks her why has she ordered this food when they have their real family nearby. 

However, Sai tells her that from tomorrow, she will be cooking food in the kitchen but today, she will have to adjust but Savi is not ready for a compromise and asks for Virat. 

Just then, Virat comes with a tiffin and tells Savi that Bhavani has sent food for her which makes her happy. 

Seeing the various items on the table, Virat tells Savi that Sai has not ordered this the first time and has ordered it before. 

He tells her that he was the one who use to bring it for her quietly and as a reward, Sai use to recite a few poetries. 

On Savi’s request, Virat quotes Sai’s past poetries, making Savi request Sai to recite a poem too but Sai refuses and is about to leave when Virat holds her hand to stop her. 

Sai tells Savi, “Samose Ki Teekhi Hai Chatni, Tere Aayi Baba Ki Nahi Patni”. (Samosa's chutney is spicy, but baby, your parent's will never be able to compliment each other)

Virat looks happily at Sai and apologizes in a poetry form which means just like Modak (Sai's nickname to Virat) he is waiting for his apology to be acknowledged by "Mirchi" (chilli) which is Sai. 

Later, at the dining table, Patralekha accuses Virat for not caring about Vinayak who has shut himself in the tent inside the room and is crying since morning. 

Virat gets angry and tells her that he and Sai will find a way. 

However, Patralekha gets triggered and asks him if he has planned everything, then what is his next step. 

Meanwhile, Omi tells Patralekha that the family is already favoring Sai while Sonali tells her that Bhavani sent Pao Bhaji for Sai and Savi. 

Patralekha is outraged and accuses Bhavani of long-term planning.

However, Ashwini assures her that she will always  be by her side even if she has to go against Bhavani. 

Virat and others look shocked at Ashwini’s announcement. 

Later, Sai calls Patralekha after seeing Vinayak’s video sent by her. 

Patralekha requests her to leave the house for Vinayak’s sake as he is the one who is suffering. 

However, Sai tells her not to expect her to leave without curing Vinayak of his fears about her that Pakhi has fed him.
