Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 23rd March 2023 episode starts with Sai making a rangoli on the table when Savi asks her why is she not making it on the floor. 

Sai recalls Patralekha’s reaction to making rangoli at Holi and tells Savi that it does not matter where she makes Rangoli as long as she makes it. 

Meanwhile, Vinayak comes there telling them that all women have to put on Gajras (stringed flowers) while Savi tells him that their hands are messy for now. 

Just then, Virat also comes there while Savi tells him to put Gajra on Sai. 

However, Sai refuses by saying she’ll wash her hands and put them on herself. 

Virat looks disappointed at Sai’s rudeness. 

However, Sai’s Gajra is about to fall when Virat comes to tighten it while Savi takes their photo. 

Later, Sai tells Virat to not come too close to her as he knows his limits and it will be better if he does not cross them.

Elsewhere, Dr. Satya’a house is being decorated for the festival when Satya calls everyone to come fast for the celebration. 

Three women besides Amba also come out to perform Aarti. 

On the other hand, Bhavani tells everyone to eat Neem leaves as it will keep them healthy throughout the year. 

Everyone eats the leaf while Vinayak and Savi make faces and tries to pass it to each other. 

As Savi tries to keep it away, Sai comes there and tempt them with the gifts. 

After a while, Sai puts on a sweetener on both children and tells them to eat it while Patralekha stops Vinayak telling him that it contains a lot of sugar and they should not eat it in the morning. 

However, Virat tells her that festivals should be excluded and eats one himself. 

Patralekha looks hurt while Sai smiles.

Later, Bhavani tells Sai it is due to her that their house is filled with children’s laughter. 

Meanwhile, the Adhikari family dances to the beats of “Mala Jao De”. 

At the same time, Ashwini tells Virat and Patralekha to put on the Gudi while Patralekha taunts him about wanting to do it with her or Sai. 

Later, Sai calls Savi and Vinayak to put on the Gudi. 

Just then, a ward boy brings Sai a letter telling her that it was urgent so he brought it there. 

Sai is shocked to see the content of the legal document while Patralekha looks victoriously at Sai and takes the children away. 

On being asked, Sai tells them that Patralekha has filed a complaint against her and Pulkit that they have purposely removed her uterus. 

She gets worried saying that this complaint can ruin her and Pulkit’s career.
