Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 23rd September 2023 episode starts with Kiran introducing himself as Savi’s brother-in-law while Ishaan tells him to say what he has to say. 

Kiran tells him that he wants to tell them something about Savi.  

Meanwhile, Nishikant tells Yashwant that they cannot get involved in their personal conflict nor does he understand what he hopes to achieve by coming there. 

Yashwant tells Nishikant to let's hear what this person has to say. 

Kiran Maligns Savi's Character

Kiran tells them that Savi is a fraud and a characterless girl who has no respect for elders and is habitual of staying away from the house till late at night. 

Ishaan tells him that these activities are normal in students these days but it does not say that she is characterless. 

However, Kiran tells him that he is ashamed to use more appropriate words. 

He also tells them that Savi has the support of some Isha Bhosale who is the guiding force behind Savi’s behaviour. 

Pretending to be ashamed, Kiran tells them that last night Savi tried to take advantage of him when no one was home.

Ishaan is shocked to hear Kiran and tells him that he is talking nonsense. 

However, Kiran tells him that it is difficult to believe but Savi has always been like this and it was the reason her family wanted her married but she ran away from there. 

Kiran tells them that he is telling all these things to them so that they do not give accommodation to Savi and then suffer due to her contaminated reputation. 

Yashwant tells Kiran that he is making serious allegations against Savi which can have serious consequences.

However, Kiran tells him that he is not afraid, to tell the truth, and only wants that they should not give room to Savi and he too will throw Savi out of the house so she can go back to Ramtec. 

Yashwant tells Ishaan that they will have to think carefully in light of this information.

He also asks Kiran if he can come tomorrow and tell all this in front of committee members while Kiran tells him that he will say it a thousand times if necessary. 

Later, Nishikant expresses his doubts about believing Kiran but Yashwant tells him to see opportunity in this as they will not have to allow Savi to live in the hostel.

Ishaan Refuses Accommodation To Savi

After a while, Savi comes to Yashwant’s room with the hostel form and asks Ishaan about Yashwant. 

Ishaan is surprised to see Savi when she tells him that she is on time for her appointment with Yashwant for her hostel accommodation. 

However, Ishaan tells her that they will not be giving room to her because they know her true colours now.

Savi protests, on hearing that while Ishaan tells her to come to the meeting tomorrow and find out herself. 

She tells him that her name is on the top of the list and she deserves that room.

Ishaan tells Savi that only students with good reputations are allowed to live in their hostel and unfortunately she is not one of them.

Savi tells him to keep his personal opinions to himself and make decisions on the basis of college rules. 

Yashwant Comes To Meet Shantanu

On the other hand, Shikha and Ashmita enjoy a cup of tea and share with Isha how helpless they are in their own home. 

Asmita apologises to Shantanu for not being able to do anything for him and Isha while Isha tells her that she understands her situation and has no complaints. 

Just then, the doorbell rings and Shantanu is surprised to see Yashwant there. 

Ashmita and Shikha hide, fearing discovery, while Shantanu asks him his reason for coming there. 

On the other hand, Savi comes to Isha to show him the college rule book and tells him that it is a matter of her survival so she will take the room in the hostel at any cost.
