Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 24th May 2022 episode starts with Sai asking Bhavani if she wants something and Bhavani asks her to bring a box from her room.

Bhavani gifts the box with a necklace to Patralekha.

Bhavani tells everyone that this necklace is for a woman who is responsible and able and who has never disrespected her despite her anger and injustice. 

Afterwards, Bhavani asks Samraat to put the necklace on Patralekha. However, the necklace gets broken and Patralekha blames it on Sai’s evil eye. 

Sai defends herself that it cannot be because of her as Bhavani can give anything to anyone.

Later, Virat drops Sai at the hospital and gets romantic with her.

Inside the hospital, Dr Thuraat reminds Sai that she has a twenty-four-hour shift. 

Sai very confidently tell him that she is all set to do her duty. 

On passing a personal comment Sai once again stops him while Thuraat tells her that people with an orientation to keep their family priority never gets on the top.

On being warned about a medical emergency, Sai tells him that she is sure that Dr Thuraat will be there to help and guide her.

Sai is in OPD when a goon like a person Malhar Shinde comes in, creates a scene and is about to hurt a girl when Sai stops him in anger and scolds him.

On the other hand, Karishma comes to Patralekha's room without knocking and gets rebuked. 

Karishma tells her that she is here to comfort her but Patralekha does not believe her. 

Later, Samrat comes to the room to watch Patralekha enjoying their photos. 

At the hospital, the goon asks Sai to treat him instead of giving him a lecture.

Sai send them to the emergency room where the goon removes an old man from the bed angering Sai.

Sai decides to teach some manners to the goon.

Elsewhere, Samraat presents Patralekha with a new necklace which is more beautiful.

A doctor asks Dr Thuraat to come to help Sai against the goon but Thuraat tells her that Sai will handle him. 

Later, Dr Thuraat enjoys Sai being insulted by Malhaar Shinde (goon).
