Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 26th May 2023 episode starts with Ninad telling Mohit to check Virat’s room while Bhavani feels frustrated at Virat for going with Satya. 

On the other hand, Sai and others arrive at the hospital and find out that Satya’s condition is critical. 

Amba gets worried and asks Sai what has happened to Satya while Sai explains to them that Satya has suffered bruises on the head and it is possible that Satya might suffer internal injury and might be critical. 

Amba feels shattered on hearing the news and asks about Virat who was with Satya. 

Just then, Sai comes to the reception to ask about anyone else coming along with Satya when the ward boy tells him that he has brought Satya inside when he heard the car being crashed into the wall. 

Sai asks to be taken to the car and looks worried to see the car banged into the wall. 

Just then, Ashwini calls Virat and Sai looks at the phone lying outside the car and picks it up. 

Sai tells Ashwini that Satya has had an accident and is in serious condition.

On being asked if Virat is with her, Sai tells her that Virat is not there and she also wants to know what has happened and if she finds Virat then she will call her. 

Ashwini runs to tell the news to everyone and that Virat is AWOL. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani blames Sai for causing chaos in Virat and Satya’s life and wonders if they both have not done anything in their enmity. 

Ninad tells Bhavani that Virat can never stoop down to do something so vile and decides to go and look for him while Mohit offers to come with him too. 

Meanwhile, the doctor shows the skull scan to Sai and tells her that Satya’s fracture indicates that either he has hit his head hard or someone has hit his head with a rod or something heavy. 

He also tells her that they will keep Satya in ICU until further reports come in. 

Just then, Ninad and Mohit come to the hospital and ask Sai about Satya’s condition. 

Meanwhile, Amba gets angry and asks them about Virat and accuses him of hurting Satya.

Sai tries to convince Amba that Virat has nothing to do with this.

However, Amba tells her that Virat is jealous of Satya and he cannot see Sai with Satya and that is why has attempted to kill Satya. 

She also tells Sai to stop siding with Virat and think of her husband who is Satya, not Virat.

Amba threatens to ruin Virat for daring to hurt Satya as she will file a complaint against him. 

Sai tells her to cool down as they don't know what has transpired with Satya and Virat sot they should not reach any conclusions yet. 

She tells Mohit and Ninad to go and search for Virat and take Savi with them as well.

Later, everyone at the Chavan house tries to find Virat but cannot trace him anywhere. 

At the hospital, the doctor tells Sai that only one person can stay in the hospital. 

Sai tells Amba and the others to go home and that she will stay with Satya. 

However, Amba refuses to leave until Satya becomes conscious.

Later, Sai suggests to go and get Satya’s clothes from home and after her return, they can go home. 

At home, Sai is shocked to see Virat knocking at her door in an inebriated condition. 

She takes him inside where he tells her that he wants to talk to her but soon falls unconscious.   

Sai feels sad to see Virat’s condition and put him on the bed and cleans his face with a washcloth. 

Just then, Amba comes there and accuses her of giving refuge to Virat who is responsible for Satya’s condition. 

Sai tries to explain the situation to Amba but she shames her for caring for Virat more than Satya. 

Just then, the police come there to arrest Virat.
