Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 27th April 2023 episode starts with Sai hugging Vinayak before leaving while Savi also says bye to him. 

Meanwhile, Ashwini hugs Sai and expresses her gratitude for saving her family from ruin and promises to always support her. 

However, Bhavani panics to see Sai leave and asks Virat to stop Sai from leaving and reminds him of the past when he lost her for years. 

Virat tells her that Sai will come back to him as she has no place to go and will not marry no matter what she says. 

At night, Usha brings food for Sai but Sai refuses to eat and reminisces about the past when she was happy with Kamal.

She also complains to fate for bringing Virat into her life and then taking it away suddenly and leaving her wanting. 

She also asks Usha if her life keeps taking her exams, and how can she allow Savi to suffer with her at such a young age. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani shares her concern about Sai while Sonali tells her that Sai has once again disobeyed her and left despite her efforts to stop her. 

Bhavani assures Sonali that Sai may have left the house but she will not be able to marry. 

Bhavani looks determined and tells Sonali that she will go and talk to Satya’s parents and tell them to stop the marriage.

Later, Bhavani arrives at Satya’s house and introduces herself as Sai’s ex-husband’s aunt. 

Satya’s Aaji brings her inside while Bhavani asks to meet Satya’s mother. 

Aaji calls Madhura and Bala to bring refreshments and asks Madhura to call Amba to find out how long will she be out. 

Madhura calls Amba and is shocked to hear that she is visiting Sai’s home to stop the marriage. 

Later, Madhura calls Satya to tell him about Bhavani’s visit and that Amba has gone to talk to Sai.  

On the other hand, Sai opens the door to find Amba standing and invites her in. 

Amba comes straight to the point and asks her if she knows about Satya’s truth. 

Meanwhile, Sai tells her that Satya has told her everything about her past and how he love and lost Girija. 

However, Amba tells Sai that Girija’s father was against this marriage because Satya is the son of a dancer and an illegitimate child. 

Usha drops the refreshment tray on hearing the truth but Sai remains calm and brings more refreshment for Amba. 

Amba looks surprised at Sai’s nonexistent reaction and asks her if she has no problem with Satya’s past or his illegitimacy.

However, Sai tells her that she has great respect for dancers which is a form of art and very few people can perform it. 

She also tells her that as far as Satya’s illegitimacy is concerned, Satya cannot be held responsible for that nor can his goodness be hidden by these labels. 

Amba looks surprised at Sai’s praiseworthy attitude towards her and Satya while Sai tells her that she does not want to cause any grief to them and will back off if they don’t want this marriage. 

On the other hand, Bhavani accuses Satya of destroying a family to marry Sai which puzzles Satya’s Aaji. 

Bhavani also tells them that Satya is taking advantage of the conflict between Sai and Virat but in reality, both Sai and Virat love each other a lot. 

Just then Satya comes home and challenges Bhavani’s accusations and tells her that he is not breaking off Sai’s family. 

Satya questions Bhavani about Sai's family which does not exist because Virat is married to Patralekha. 

He also tells her that Sai will never marry Virat because she can never break anyone’s family and make a family of her own and her presence here is evidence of Sai’s decision. 

Satya tells Bhavani to respect his and Sai’s decision and not try to create problems for him and Sai by making irrelevant accusations.
