Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 27th March 2023 episode starts with Satya’s aunt asking him about dating Sai when someone begins to shout for help.

Sai runs towards the family whose son is frothing while her parents call for a doctor. 

In the meantime, Satya also comes there and seeing the child, he recalls Girija who died the same way and fall unconscious while Sai looks at him in shock. 

Later, Sai carries Dr Satya on his bike while mocking him for falling unconscious while treating his patient. 

The next morning, Bhavani stops Sai and tells her that she has witnessed how much effort Sai has put in to become a doctor and somewhere, she has also contributed to her ambition.

Bhavani ultimately states that today, she is with her in her fight and gives sweet curd to Sai when Patralekha comes there. 

Sonali tells Karishma that Bhavani only gave sweet curd to Virat ages ago and now, she is giving it to Sai. 

Patralekha comes to Ashwini and tells her to give sweet curd to her as she is the only one who supports her. 

However, Ashwini tells Patralekha that what she is doing is wrong and she cannot support her in her wrong. 

Feeling disappointed, Patralekha is about to leave when Vinayak comes there and tells her that he has brought sweet curd for her as she told him about her very important exam.

Patralekha feels overwhelmed and tells Vinayak that now her son has given her his wishes, she cannot be stopped from succeeding. 

Meanwhile, Omi and Ninad ask about Virat who is nowhere to be seen.

Later, at the court, the court is set for trial when Virat comes there, apologising for his delay. 

Just then, another doctor from the medical council tells the judge that Bhavani tried to abuse her power to intimidate her into giving a decision in Sai’s favour. 

Therefore, she would request the court to consider this a mistrial and gives the decision in favour of Patralekha. 

However, Virat requests the judge to not give the ruling without listening to Sai as Sai has no knowledge of Bhavani’s behaviour. 

He also tells the judge to listen to people from Kankauli who have come for this trial only. 

The judge agrees to listen to people.

Patralekha looks worried to hear about Kankauli's witnesses while Virat calls them inside.

The people from Kankauli tell tales about Sai’s kindness and how she saved their lives without charging them any fee. 

They also tell the judge that it is due to Sai’s efforts that Kankauli has a hospital as she stood against a corrupt leader for it. 

Virat tells the judge that these testimonies indicate the capability of Dr. Sai as well as her dedication towards her profession.

Patralekha’s lawyer questions the judge about the relevance of these testimonies to the case by telling them that Dr. Sai is a social worker. 

Virat tells him that this shows Sai’s concern for her patients as she can never do anything to harm them. 

Dr. Satya also stands and tells the judge that he is also ready to take the guarantee of Dr. Sai that she will not do anything to harm anyone. 

On the basis of Dr. Satya’s guarantee, the judge allows Sai to tell her side of the story.
