Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein (GHKKPM) 27 May 2021 episode starts with Virat suggesting Sai that they should celebrate Harini's birthday with Chavan's as it would be a great ocassion to reunite Harini and the Chavan family.

Sai gets surprised to know this and she refuses Virat initially by saying that it will be hard to convince Bhavani for this.

Further, Virat reassures Sai that she will handle everything nicely which makes Sai confident and she accepts Virat's suggestion.

Later, Virat tells all the family members to get ready for a surprise lunch which makes everyone curious about what Virat has in his mind.

Meanwhile, Ashwini and Bhavani try to ask Virat about the surprise but Virat keeps it a secret and takes everyone to the banquet hall.

At the banquet hall, Sai comes with lots of birthday party items which makes everyone wonder that who's birthday they are going to celebrate.
