Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 29th July 2022 episode starts with Bhavani praying for Patralekha’s safe return and asks Ninad to call Patralekha again. 

Sonali tells Bhavani it is due to Sai’s misbehaviour that Patralekha has left the house. 

Just then Virat and Sai come with Ashwini. 

Bhavani blames Sai for causing this new problem. 

Sai tells Bhavani not to waste time accusing her and focus on finding Patralekha. 

Virat recalls Patralekha’s mood saying she was sad but did not look like she was on the verge of leaving. 

Pulkit asks him what has happened in between to make her leave the house. 

Meanwhile, Virat asks inspector Shinde to trace Patralekha’s number.

Karishma is worried about Patralekha running away with Sai’s child. 

Sai tells her that Patralekha cannot go anywhere with her child because she will find her anywhere and everywhere. 

Bhavani shames Sai for causing Patralekha stress and then blames her for running away with her child. 

Sai tells Bhavani and Sonali that if anyone can bring Patralekha back then it is her and she will do everything to get her back as she has her child in her womb.

After a while, Virat gets Patralekha’s location which is near Puna and asks Sai to come. 

Bhavani asks Sai to give her promise that Sai will not ask Patralekha to sign any papers while Sai tells her that she will talk to her after coming back with Patralekha. 

Sai and Virat arrive at Mahabaleshwar child care centre, where Samrat used to visit and find out that Patralekha has gone towards the mountains. 

Both Sai and Virat rush to find Patralekha and search for her everywhere. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha is standing at the edge of the cliff in distress with Samrat’s picture in hand. 

Virat spots Patralekha and runs towards her calling her name. 

Patralekha hears Virat’s voice and turns around with a smile which fades after seeing Sai along with Virat.
