Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 29th March 2023 episode starts with Dr. Satya asking Patralekha how she perceives Sai as a human. 

Patralekha tells him that she does not like Sai at all while Satya tells her to not tell if she likes or dislikes her but how she sees her because others have told them that they like Sai a lot. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha tells him that Sai is a conning, shrewd, and stone-hearted woman who has wronged her. 

Dr. Satya tells her that she must be feeling angry and helpless and he thinks she should show Sai’s place and that no one can take her place and that this family and child are hers alone.

Patralekha’s lawyer objects to Satya’s line of questioning while Judge tells him that he is a lawyer. 

Dr. Satya tells the judge that his questions are very important for this case and asks Patralekha if she is a doormat or not. 

However, Patralekha tells him that she is no doormat and she has filed this case to teach Sai a lesson. 

He asks her if is this why she has targeted Sai's profession, career, and dreams so she gets hurt the most. 

As soon as Patralekha admits to it, Dr. Satya tells the court that Patralekha’s intention for filing the case is not based on medical negligence but on Patralekha’s personal hatred for Sai. 

Patralekha realizes her mistake while Bhavani feels ashamed at Patralekha’s behaviour and dragging their name in the mud. 

Dr. Satya tells the court that during his investigation, he discovered that the condition in which Patralekha was brought to the hospital was so bad that no doctor in India could have done the surgery this successfully as Dr. Sai & Dr. Pulkit both did. 

He requests the court to dismiss the case and not suspend their license as the medical council would not want to lose the two best doctors. 

The judge rules the judgment in Sai and Pulkit’s favour filling Sai and Pulkit with joy. 

Later, Sai comes out to thank Satya for helping her despite their differences while Satya tells her that he only supported what is right. 

Meanwhile, Virat also comes out to thank Satya for doing his work with diligence. 

Later, Sai and Virat looks at each other and shakes hand. 

After a while, Virat is driving with Bhavani and Bhavani tells Virat that she did everything for him which puzzles Virat. 

On being asked if he still loves Sai, Virat stops the car, trying to hide his feelings. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha continues to walk in trance and would have come under the tempo if Ninad hadn’t saved her in time. 

Patralekha tells them that it does not matter if she lives or dies because her husband is helping his ex-wife while her mother-in-law wants her out of Virat’s life and soon the day will come that Virat will give Vinayak to Sai as well. 

Later, Sai comes home and tells Sonali, Karishma, and Mohit that truth won while Vinayak comes to ask Sai if she passed or not. 

On hearing that Patralekha has failed, he feels disappointed and asks her why can they not win together instead of having a choice. 

He goes away thinking that Patralekha will now get sad again while Sai thinks to cheer him up by doing something. 

Meanwhile, Virat tells Bhavani that he loves Sai and gets lost in her memories. 

He tells her that he is the happiest with Sai and feels sad when she is not around and when she is with him, then he feels alive. 

Hearing Virat’s confession, Bhavani asks her why is he not telling Sai. 

Virat comes out of dreamland and looks at Bhavani shocked and tells Bhavani that he cannot do such a thing as he is married to Patralekha. 

He tells her that he cannot be selfish and choose Sai over Patralekha.
