Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 2nd September 2023 episode starts with Yashwant scolding Nishikant for attempting to kill Isha instead of threatening her. 

Meanwhile, Nishikant tells him that he has only asked to threaten Isha and fire in the air to threaten her. 

Yashwant tells him that the goon not only shot Isha but shot her in the college which is trouble in Capital letters. 

Yashwant asks him if his man has removed the inspection report or not because if it gets into the police's hands then they will have to spend their life in jail. 

Meanwhile, Ishaan is panicking thinking about Isha when Shukla Ji gives him a hanky and tells him that he understands how a son feels when his mother is in such a condition.

On the other hand, Yashwant tells Surekha that they are going to the hospital while Surekha offers to come as well.
She does not want Ishaan’s hatred to turn into love upon seeing Isha in this condition. 

Elsewhere, Savi arrives and worriedly asks Shukla Ji and Ishaan about Isha’s condition and who fired at her. 

Shukla tells her to calm down as nothing will happen to Isha and tells her that he does not know who shot at her.

After a while, a nurse comes there asking Savi if anyone there has an O-negative blood group as Isha has lost a lot of blood and this is a rare blood type not easily found in blood banks. 

Savi is about to message the college group when the nurse tells her that this is an emergency and they cannot wait that long. 

Just then Ishaan gets up and tells the nurse to take his blood as he is O negative. 

Savi feels grateful to Ishaan for the gesture and prays for Isha’s safety. 

Later, Savi and Shukla come to Ishaan when the nurse asks them about Isha’s relative as they need a signature for surgery. 

Savi is about to convince Ishaan when Ishaan shuts her down and signs the paper. 

After a while, Surekha, Yashwant and Nishikant come there and ask Savi about Isha’s condition. 

On hearing that Ishaan is giving blood to Isha, Surekha feels worried and goes to see Ishaan.
Meanwhile, Ishaan relives the few moments that he spent with her in the past few days and wipes his tears. 

Later, Surekha tells Yashwant that their plan to threaten Isha has backfired and Ishaan is coming closer to Isha. 

However, Yashwant chides her for talking without realising the place and surroundings. 

Just then, the police arrive at the hospital and Yashwant recognises him as a past acquaintance. 

The inspector asks them questions and takes Ishaan for a statement.

Meanwhile, Savi is worrying about Isha and asks the nurse about her condition when the nurse tells her that they cannot say anything until after the surgery. 

In the meantime, Yashwant tells Ishaan to be careful about what he says to the police so that they do not get any wrong idea. 

Just then Ishaan gets a call and goes to attend it while Surekha offers to drop Savi home but Savi refuses politely and goes to meet the doctor. 

Surekha tells Yashwant that she does not want to leave Ishaan with Savi and Isha as they might change his heart but Yashwant tells him to not fret as Ishaan will do what they will tell him.

Later, Yashwant asks Shukla Ji about Isha’s things and feels angry on hearing that they are in Ishaan’s car. 

Surekha tells him to get it from there while Yashwant refuses saying let it be.

Later, Yashwant tells Nishikant for not doing the work properly and tells him to take out the file after Ishaan comes home.
