Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 30th January 2023 episode starts with Sonali telling Bhavani that Patralekha did not trust them to help her in this matter as everyone is scared of Sai. 

However, Bhavani tells Sonali that Patralekha is wrong to assume that because she will go to any length to keep the heir to the family in the house. 

In the meantime, Karishma favors Sai saying that Sai deserves to have her child with her. 

However, Sonali scolds Karishma for favouring Sai and tells her that Patralekha is the real mother as she has carried her Vinayak in her womb for nine months. 

Ashwini shuts them both from arguing about the baseless thing when Vinayak is still missing.

Elsewhere, Patralekha gives some games to Vinayak and tells him to play with them and not go out of the room at all while she goes and runs an errand. 

Patralekha’s anxiousness has increased several notches and she hopes to spend the night peacefully, then tomorrow fly to Dubai and from there to London. 

Meanwhile, Sai is traveling with the police to the resort and thinking about moments with Vinayak and complaining to God for keeping Vinayak away from her despite many years of doing it.  

Bhavani is angry at Patralekha and threatens to punish her if anything happens to Vinayak.

She begins to cry asking for Vinayak to be back and her blood pressure escalates. 

Ashwini takes Bhavani to the home temple and prays to God to send Vinayak home safely. 

As Virat arrives at the hotel, Sai also comes there with the police. 

Seeing Virat at the hotel, Sai accuses him of being Patralekha’s accomplice and tells him to go away from there as he cannot be a part of an investigation. 

However, Virat tells Sai that her anger has blinded her and that is why she is not able to see that he will not send his son away whom he has found out after many years.

Sai refuses to believe him and tells him to go away from there as she will take her son back.

Just then, Patralekha sees Virat and Sai at the door and becomes worried about being caught and losing Vinayak.

Meanwhile, Virat requests Sai to let him go inside as the circumstances are more complicated than she can imagine and he cannot let her risk her life by sending her in. 

Sai looks confused and asks Virat what he means and how can she be in danger. 

Virat is about to tell her about his gun but stops as Sai will create another scene about that. 

The inspector in charge also tries to stop Virat from interfering in the investigation but Virat ignores his warning saying he understands what he is doing. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha shifts to another room while telling Vinayak to sleep while she goes and takes care of a few things. 

In the meantime, Virat tricks Sai and the police officers and runs inside. 

He locks the door from the inside and instructs the staff to not open the door until he says so. 

Afterward, he shows Patralekha’s photo to the receptionist and asks about her room number.
