Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 30th March 2023 episode starts with Virat asking Bhavani if she will choose Sai over Pakhi.

Bhavani asks him if he will forget Sai while Virat tells her that he tried very hard to forget Sai but it is impossible for him to forget Sai. 

He also tells her about a dream that he has been having for a while but yesterday he saw that face and it was Sai. 

Feeling helpless, he asks Bhavani what should he do because he does not want to get separated from Sai and their children and yet he cannot stop her. 

Bhavani tells him that his relationship is choking him instead of giving him happiness and it is better to cut ties with Patralekha than live a miserable life. 

On the other hand, Ashwini tells Patralekha that Virat will not break his promise to her and will always be her husband. 

However, Patralekha is not convinced and tells Ashwini that Virat does not love her now while Ashwini tells her that she has seen so many relationships where love has come back with time. 

Meanwhile, Virat looks shocked at Bhavani’s suggestion and asks her if she is the one who is asking to break the relationship. 

Bhavani tells him that she is saying that because he has been unjust to so many people by being in this relationship. 

Seeing Virat look questioningly at her, Bhavani tells him that first, he is being unjust to Sai who is living a lonely life, as she is not getting the love and care that she deserves. 

Another person is himself as he feels suffocated by Patralekha and thinks of being with Sai despite being with Patralekha. 

The last person he is being unjust to is Patralekha who is going to great lengths to get him while he has no feelings for her and he should tell her that and free her with this illusion of marriage. 

Bhavani says that Pakhi will be hurt but it is for the best.

Elsewhere, Vinayak is worrying about Patralekha while Sai comes there asking him if he is sad because she passed. 

However, Vinayak tells her that he is sad because Patralekha has lost. 

Sai tries to explain to him that Patralekha is sad because she thinks that Sai has wronged her somehow but it is not true. 

Just then, Patralekha comes there and hysterically tells Sai to stop poisoning her son and tells Vinayak that Sai has taken from her a precious thing and given her a wound that will never heal, and what Sai has told him is all lies. 

Vinayak snatches his hand from Sai and leaves while Ashwini comes there, telling Patralekha to focus on her life instead of Sai. 

Meanwhile, Virat overhears Patralekha and comes to Vinayak to clarify that Sai has not hurt Patralekha but has saved her life three times. 

However, Vinayak questions Virat about why he never takes Patralekha’s side as he is her husband. 

Vinayak tells him that he should support Patralekha just like she does when they fail in anything. 

Later, Bhavani tells Virat that Patralekha is feeding all this to Vinayak and this drama will continue until he gives the rightful place to everyone. 

Meanwhile, Satya is presented with several girls' photographs along with Sai, in dinner instead of food. 

Satya tells that he is not interested in marrying a girl while his family insists on him marrying. 

As Satya walks out from there, Amba tells everyone that she cannot let Satya live a lonely life like them. 

She reminds them that they came together as one because they were all hurt by someone at some point in life and have built their life by assembling their broken pieces. 

Just then, Dr. Satya gets a call from someone and looks shocked.
