Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 3rd April 2023 episode starts with Sai telling Satya’s family that she is Sai while Satya asks her why she has come here when she has already won the case and there is no need to butter him. 

Meanwhile, Sai tells him that she has come here to return his phone and talk to him. 

Elsewhere, Virat tells Bhavani that he will talk to Patralekha soon but relationships are not so easily broken and many lives are attached to a relationship. 

Bhavani tells him that it is never easy to keep the whole family together and he is her heir who can take her place in the family and he will have to take difficult decisions for the betterment of the family.

Virat asks her to give him some time as he cannot hurt anyone while Bhavani tells him that this is about the whole family and she can only help him in this matter.

Meanwhile, Sai tells Dr. Satya that she wants to know if she hurt him by saying anything at the hospital. 

Satya once again recalls Girija’s death and lies to her saying that there is nothing.

Just then, Sai observes a bandage on his hand and asks him what has happened while holding his hand. 

Meanwhile, Satya spots his family lodged at the door and dramatises the situation for their benefit telling Sai how much she cares for him. 

Sai looks puzzled until Satya addresses his family and tells them to stop behaving like children. 

He also tries to send Sai back home but all four women take Sai inside, telling him that they will not let Sai go. 

On the other hand, Virat asks Bhavani what other matter she is talking about while Bhavani tells him to confess his feelings for Sai before the time goes out of his hand. 

She also tells him that when a woman feels her love threatened, she can go to any length to save it and she knows a woman who has ruined everyone’s life to save her love.

Meanwhile, Satya’s family insists Sai eat the snacks and tells her that Satya has prepared its batter. 

They also tell her many of his other qualities which irritate him and he tells them to stop treating him like a child. 

Sai gets tickled at Dr. Satya’s way of delivery and laughs uncontrollably. 

Elsewhere, Vinayak collects Virat’s important document and is about to give it to Virat while Savi asks him to open it first so they can solve it if it is anything interesting. 

Vinayak likes the idea and sits opening it. 

Meanwhile, Virat gets a call from a lawyer telling him that his divorce papers have been delivered to a child. 

Virat chides them and rushes outside to get the papers. 

On the other hand, Patralekha comes there asking Vinayak what is he doing. 

On being told about the papers, Patralekha stops Vinayak from opening it and tells him that it is bad manners to open anyone’s paper.

She takes it from Vinayak when Virat comes there and takes the paper from her.

Patralekha observes the worried stance and questions him about it. 

Meanwhile, Satya tells Sai that he will pack the snacks for home and she can share them with her son.

Satya’s Aaji becomes shocked to hear that Sai has a son while Amba assures her that Satya is joking because she has no vermillion and Mangal Sutra.

Elsewhere, Virat explains his anxiousness to Patralekha, telling her that the papers are confidential and he did not want them in the children's hands.
