Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 3rd June 2023 episode starts with Sai insisting on Vijendra to reconsider his decision and asks him who was the woman for whom he wants to risk his life. 

Meanwhile, Vijendra laughs at her inquisitiveness and tells her that the woman’s name is Amba. 

He describes the moments with her in a poetic way and that he does not know what happened to her and where she is now. 

Meanwhile, Sai is still in shock to have her suspicions confirmed about Vijendra loving Amba.

Later, Sai comes to school to pick up the children where Virat tells Sai to compose herself or else she won't be able to convince Vijendra for his surgery. 

Sai tells him that Vijendra is not agreeing and it seems that he has no hope from the surgery. 

Virat tells her that they will have to rekindle hope in his heart by finding the woman he loves. 

Meanwhile, Sai tells him that the woman is none other than Satya’s mother and that Satya does not know about his father nor does Amba wants him to know. 

Coming out of shock, Virat feels impressed with the kind of love they both have for each other and tells her that Amba should have tried to contact Vijendra before.

Meanwhile, Sai defends Amba telling him that Vijendra has ditched her and broken her trust and self-respect and that is why she brought up Satya alone. 

She has become hard-hearted to avoid being hurt again.

Virat feels that Sai is talking about herself and tells Sai that their love has stood the test of time and now they have little time left.

Satya Argues With Sai

Later, Savi comes home to Satya while Satya asks her why did she get late as Savi tells him that Sai and Virat were talking for so long to talk. 

Satya walks out from there looking angry while Sai follows him inside. 

Sai asks him why did he come from there like this while Satya sternly tells her to tell him what she was talking to Virat and once again she is late because of Virat. 

Sai tells him that she had something important to discuss with Virat. 

Satya taunts her saying when will her important talks end with Virat and asks her to share it with him too. 

Sai looks cagey and tells him that he has no right to question her and tells him to mind his tone. 

She also tells him to stop behaving like a possessive husband and she cannot explain anything to him. 

Satya walks out on her telling her that she does not even consider him her friend and that Virat is destroying his family peace. 

Sai Tells Amba the Truth

Later, Amba comes to Sai, scolding her for not telling him answers to Satya’s question while Sai tells her that she has stopped her from telling Satya anything. 

On hearing about Vijendra’s illness, Amba’s hands shake and the cups fall on the floor. 

Sai tells her that Vijendra loves her a lot and his not want to have surgery because he does not want to part with her memories. 

However, Amba calls it all a lie and that if he truly loved her then he wouldn't have left her alone. 

Sai tries to convince her that Vijendra feels responsible for her and that he never lived a happy life without her. 

Sai requests her to meet Vijendra and convince him to have surgery but Amba is sceptical about facing her past. 

Virat Consoles Sai

Later, Sai calls Virat and tells her that Amba is not ready to believe that Vijendra still loves her while Vijendra has so little time left. 

Virat tells him to have patience as Amba will need time to come to terms with all this and that he will try to talk to Vijendra. 

At the same time, Sai tells him that she is feeling guilty for not telling Satya about Vijendra and that she is afraid that a father and son will never get a chance to meet.
