Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 3rd March 2022 episode starts with Sai realizing that she is talking to Virat’s illusion and almost hits another car.

Meanwhile, the other driver behaves rudely with Sai while Sai tries to reason with him. However, the driver tries to extort money from Sai.

At that instant, a procession celebrating Mahashivratri passes by from whom Sai seeks help. Being intimated by the group, the driver leaves her in peace.

At the Chavan House, Bhavani motivates everyone to fast for Virat.

Meanwhile, Virat's condition continues to worsen and no one is near to finding the injection.

Later, Sai reaches the location and begs the guard to give her the injection. She reaches out to Aniket for assistance but he also couldn’t help.

Desperately, Sai prays for help and looks for a way to get inside. While Virat struggles for his life Sai climbs the factory’s wall at her life’s peril.

Finally, Sai reaches inside and looks for an injection. The guards discover Sai’s presence inside the factory. Sai locates the injection and tricks the guard into escaping.

Having been followed by police, Sai prays to Lord Mahadev but gets caught by the police.
