Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 3rd October 2023 episode starts with Shantanu telling Savi not to go from here and leave her dreams midway. 

However, Savi tells him that she does not want to leave her dreams but she cannot take his help anymore. 

She also becomes sad thinking of all the hardships that she has endured ever since coming to Pune and tells Shantanu that she feels suffocated by the burden people’s comments have put upon her. 

After Savi leaves for college, Shantanu asks Isha to talk to Savi while Isha tells him that Ishaan's words have hurt Savi the most and that Ishaan should apologize to her if he is ever taught to say sorry in Bhosale's house. 

Ishaan Practice Apologising

Meanwhile, Ishaan stands in front of the mirror telling himself that this is the last chance to apologize to Savi as after today she will go back to Ramtec. 

However, he finds it so difficult to come up with the right way to apologize to Savi and feels stressed.

Later, Savi arrives at the college and looks sadly at the surroundings remembering the struggles she endured to become a part of this college and how she is forced to leave it after today. 

Just then her friends come to her telling her not to go as the college will feel empty without her. 

Meanwhile, Savi tells them not to ask her that as she cannot possibly stay there where her self-respect has been targeted. 

Meanwhile, Ishaan overhears her and comes to her but Savi ignores him and leaves.

Later, in the class, Aayush and Durba target Savi to make her feel bad about the circumstances in which she is leaving. 

Savi’s friend tries to defend her but Savi tells her to let them be and tells Durba that she also has a quote from Shamsher Bahadur Singh, “Baat Bolegi Hum Nahi, Bhed Kholegi Baat hi, Satya Ka Mukh, Jhoot Ki Aankhein Kya Dekhengi” (Lies cannot stare in the eyes of truth and the truth always prevails). 

However, Savi’s words cross Durba’s head and just then examiner arrives with the paper followed by Ishaan who wishes them all the best of luck. 

Aayush and Durba Cheat

After a while, Durba begins to cheat from the chits and Aayush also asks her to pass some more.

Savi witnesses everything and remains quiet silently writing her paper.

However, Savi cannot tolerate this for a long while and complains to the teacher about Durba and Aayush openly cheating while he ignores it. 

However, professor Saathe tells Savi that she is disturbing the class and if she cannot sit quietly then she can leave her answer sheet and leave and he will write on her copy that she has been disturbing the class. 

Savi’s friends also tell the professor that they have seen Durba and Aayush cheat but the professor tells them to leave the class with Savi. 

Meanwhile, Durba and Aayush pretend to be innocent and tell the professor that Savi has a habit of accusing them. 

Savi realizes that her friends can be in trouble and apologizes telling the professor that they will remain quiet.

Later, Savi drops her sheet after finishing her paper and bends down to pick it up while Aayush puts the chits in her answer sheets. 

As the professor collects the sheet, the chits fall from it and Nishikant sees it while passing by. 

Nishikant calls Savi on her cheating while Savi tells him worriedly that these chits do not belong to her but to Durba and Aayush were the ones cheating. 

Professor Saathe accuses her of cheating and tells Nishikant to take strict action against her to make an example out of her. 

Ishaan tells them that he will call the board meeting and they will discuss the matter there. 

Ishaan tells Savi that he has not expected this from her as she is a bright student while Savi tells him that despite knowing her he will not believe her.
