Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 4th November 2023 episode starts with Ishaan stopping at Rupa’s house to explore the area, wondering if Savi is inside or not. 

Seeing the gate locked, Ishaan decides to climb the wall to enter inside.

Thinking that Savi cannot be here, he decides to leave when he falls in the ditch over the sack and becomes scared to see blood in his hand.

However, Rupa finds him and puts him at night's edge, asking who is he and what is he doing in her house. 

Ishaan introduces himself and tells her that he is here to search for his student Savi. 

Rupa's Secret Is Out

Rupa becomes alert and takes him inside while asking him why is he so interested in his student in the dead of the night. 

Ishaan asks her if she has killed Savi just as she has killed the man in the ditch. 

On hearing herself being called a murderer, Rupa bursts into rambunctious laughter and tells him that she is no murderer but mystery novel writer Rupa Romanchika.

Ishaan is stunned to hear that she is a famous writer while Rupa tells her that she is a method writer and likes to create the environment around her. 

Rupa adds that Savi is her assistant writer and has signed a bond with her because of which she has to finish the work by Saturday. 

Ishaan is surprised to hear about the bond and asks her if she knows what Savi needs because of which she agrees to sign a bond with her. 

Rupa tells her that Savi needs a large injunction of money to help her sister keep a roof over her head and she only found out today. 

She also tells him that Savi is so broke that she is living on biscuits these days. 

Seeing sympathy and pride on Ishaan’s face on hearing that Savi is a gem of a girl and much more complicated than her novel characters, Rupa asks him not to stop Savi from doing the work.

Ishaan agrees and tells her not to let Savi know that he came here and knows about her job. 

Shantanu And Ishaan Bonds 

The next morning, Ishaan calls the canteen manager to ask if Savi is eating at the mess the manager tells him that he only once reminded Savi about her bill and since then she has not eaten there.

He adds that he will tell her that she can continue to eat even without paying her bill immediately. 

Ishaan tells him to send a breakfast tray to her room and not tell Savi that her bill has been cleared by him. 

Shantanu finds Ishaan lost in thoughts and asks him what is troubling him.

Ishaan tells him that he needs his advice and asks him if he can tell him how to select a gift for someone. 

Shantanu looks surprised to hear that and asks him who the gift is for. 

On hearing that the gift is for Savi, Shantanu smiles indulgently and tells him that a good book will be the best gift for her. 

After Ishaan leaves, Shantanu feels emotional thinking that this is the first time in years that he has asked for advice from him. 

Savi Gets A Surprise Breakfast

Elsewhere, Savi decides to eat her favourite breakfast and is about to go when the canteen manager comes to her with breakfast and complains to her for not coming to the canteen anymore. 

Savi apologises and tells him that she is about to come there and is ready to pay the bill as well. 

However, the manager tells him that her bill has been cleared but he does not know who has cleared it. 

In the meantime, Ishaan comes to meet Harini to invite her to Savi’s birthday when Savi calls her to ask her why has she cleared her mess bill. 

After hearing that she has not cleared the bill, Savi begins to criticise Ishaan while Harini feels embarrassed to hear all this in front of Ishaan when Ishaan fumes in anger. 

After the call, Harini apologises on Savi’s behalf while Ishaan tells her not to stress about it and asks her about Savi’s favourite cake.
