Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 4th October 2023 episode starts with Nishikant telling Yashwant that this meeting is called to take disciplinary action against a student caught cheating.

On hearing that Savi is the student, Yashwant taunts at Savi for creating another mess just before she is ready to leave. 

In the meantime, Ishaan tells them that they should investigate the matter further because they have already been wrong twice. 

However, Nishikant tells him that this matter is different as he has seen the chits fall from his own eyes. 

Ishaan thinks that they should only give a warning to Savi and leave her while Nishikant tells him that they should take strict action against her and rusticate her so no other student dares to cheat again. 

Seeing Ishaan ready to object, Nishikant reminds him of the strict rules this college adheres to regarding cheating.

On the other hand, Ashmita is checking Durba’s pockets and is shocked to see chits in her pockets. 

Later, all the board members sign Savi’s rustication letter and force Ishaan to do so as well. 

Afterwards, Yashwant calls all the students inside and tells Savi that she has been rusticated from the college on account of cheating in the exam. 

However, Savi tells him that she has not cheated and they can tally the chit with her answers. 

Ishaan sees logic in the statement and agrees to do it but Nishikant tells him that there is no need for that as the committee has already made a decision.

Meanwhile, Professor Saathe also tells Ishaan that he has seen Savi and her friends cheat and Savi is only accusing Durba because she belongs to the Bhosale family. 

However, Savi gets angry and shames Saathe for lying and taking sides. 

Savi’s friends also tell Ishaan and others that Savi has not cheated and it was Durba and Ayush passing the chits. 

A raging argument begins between Durba and Savi’s friends until Savi tells them to stop and requests Yashwant not to rusticate her or her career will be ruined as she will not get admission anywhere. 

However, Yashwant tells her that Isha has a lot of connections and will definitely find a place in some college. 

Savi looks disheartened and tells the members of the committee that once again they have incurred injustice on her by not letting her put her case.

However, Ishant says that all the evidence is against her so there is no doubt that she has cheated.

Feeling disappointed, Savi tells him that soon he will find out the truth but it will be too late and the little hope she had from this college goes down the drain.

Picking up the letter from Yashwant’s table, Savi tells them that she is the one rusticating the college. 

After a while, Durga and her friends stop Savi in the corridor and make fun of her by calling her a cheater. 

With tears in her eyes, Savi runs away from there and walks aimlessly on the street thinking about Sai and Virat and how she has failed them.

In the meantime, Ishan is driving the car and wonders if they have made the right decision by rusticating Savi when she is obviously a very bright student.
