Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 5th April 2023 episode starts with Virat getting ready and thinking about Sai when he sees Patralekha standing behind him with a smile. 

Meanwhile, he sees Vinayak and Savi coming from school who praises him for looking handsome and dashing while Virat takes the blessings from Ashwini and Bhavani.

Afterward, he comes to the home temple and apologises for hurting Patralekha and asks for his blessing for helping him in his effort to bring his family together.

Meanwhile, Sai comes to Dr. Satya’s cabin and flirts with him after closing the door of his cabin. 

Dr. Satya looks perplexed and asks her what is she doing while Sai comes closer to him and tells him that she has fallen for him. 

He tells her to stop joking and not cross her limit while Sai looks at him lovingly and tells him that she has no control over herself. 

Dr. Satya gets all sweaty seeing Sai so near while Sai continues to make him uncomfortable. 

After a while, Sai tells him that she has decided that his name is written in her palm lines, and if it is not there then she will make one. 

Taking out a surgical knife, she guts her hand making Dr. Satya worried and he asks her if she has lost her mind. 

Sai looks into his eyes and tells him that her mind is overtaken by her heart and she has written his name on her palm. 

Dr. Satya looks at her hand and tells her that there is no cut on her palm while Sai taunts him saying she will not cut her hand for his sake. 

Dr. Satya looks surprised while Sai asks him if he thinks he is the only one who can prank.

Raising her collar she tells him that she has done all this in the past and left it behind so he can take tuition from her.

In the meantime, Sai’s coat gets stuck at the table and she falls into Dr. Satya’s arms standing nearby. 

Meanwhile, Virat is looking for Sai after not finding her in her cabin and comes looking for her in Dr. Survasey’s cabin who tells him that her duty hours are over so she must be at the canteen. 

Meanwhile, Sai’s phone rings and she comes out of a trance and picks up her phone while Dr. Satya frees her. 

Telling Virat to wait for him at the gate, she glares at Dr. Satya and leaves while Dr. Satya wipes off the sweat from his forehead. 

Later, Sai is in the car with Virat asking him where is he taking her and what is the matter that cannot be discussed at home. 

Virat tells her to stop interrogating him and have patience while Sai looks at him frustratingly and sits quietly. 

Meanwhile, Inspector Kadam calls him but he misses it as the phone is silent. 

After a while, they arrive at the destination when Kadam calls again and Virat ignores it and tells Sai to come down. 

Later, Virat brings her to a well-decorated sitting place under the stars with Noodles on the boil. 

Virat has tried to recreate the night at Mahabaleshwar when he took Sai to celebrate their first anniversary. 

As Virat pours tea for Sai, she recalls a similar night many years ago. 

After a while, Sai asks him what is going on and Virat reminds her of a similar night at Mahabaleshwar. 

Sai tells him that there is no use reminiscing while Virat tells her that he only wants to tell her the reason behind recreating the past. 

However, Sai tells him that she does not want to hear anything. 

Virat stops her by holding her hand and requests her to at least listen to what he has to say and then she can choose to ignore it. 

Before he could say anything, Patralekha’s call stops him and he wonders why is she calling him.
