Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 5th February 2023 episode starts with Virat asking Pandit Ji if he can step away for a minute and Pandit Ji agrees.  

Virat goes with Savi but she asks him why is Vinayak not with them. 

He then asks Sai’s Pandit ji if he can re-install the havan kund and pandit ji, later, Virat takes it to his family. 

Savi asks Sai to come as well as she is also important to the Pooja. 

After a while, Mohit praises Virat for bringing together the whole family for a Pooja. 

However, Omi and Sonali do not appreciate this mockery but Ninad tells Omi that what matters the most is the children’s happiness. 

Virat prays to God for guidance in Vinayak’s case. 

After a while, Sai and Patralekha come across each other while distributing holy offerings. 

Sai extends her hand to take it while Patralekha tells her that this offering is for Vinayak to always stay from her. 

However, Sai tells her that she has faith in God who doesn't favour anyone and wishes for everyone's best.

Patralekha requests her to let things as they are and tell her that she can come to visit whenever she wants. 

Sai tells her that she is offering her the same deal and she can come to visit Vinayak whenever she wants.

However, Patralekha tells her that she will never let Vinayak get away from her and cannot accept her offerings as she, as a mother, can even challenge God for her son. 

After a few days, Bhavani tells everyone that they have hired the best lawyer for the case while Virat feels sad about going against Sai in court. 

Meanwhile, Sai comes to Savi who is playing on the bunk bed, thinking of Vinayak. 

Savi tells her to tell Vinayak to come to live with them so they can do all these things together. 

However, Sai tells her to feed her curd and sugar so she succeeds in the work she is going to do. 

Later, Sai, Patralekha, and Virat are at the court which is a closed-door hearing because of Virat’s status as DCP. 

Sai accuses Virat and Patralekha to be unfit parents while Virat accuses her of going beyond by not only hiding the fact about being alive but also about the daughter she birthed.

Sai also accuses Virat of being the victim of mental trauma and using his power to keep her daughter away and for also keeping the truth about Vinayak from her after finding his true identity. 

Virat’s lawyer presents facts and adoption papers to the court which clearly state that after the adoption, biological parents have no right to the child. 

The judge calls the matter complicated and tells both parties to read the situation to the child and then bring him to court so that, he can tell which parent he would prefer to live with.
