Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 6th February 2023 episode starts with Judge telling Virat and Sai to bring the child to the court so that he can tell where he wants to live. 

In the meantime, Sai tells the judge that she cannot let the child get through the trauma of court. 

Patralekha also agrees not to bring Vinayak to court.

However, the judge tells all three of them that bringing the said child to the court is crucial for the case and he will only listen further to this case after the child is presented in court. 

Patralekha worries that Vinayak will choose Sai over her and tells Virat to do something so Vinayak doesn't have to come to court. 

Just then, Sai tells the judge that she is taking her appeal back as it cannot proceed without Vinayak because she cannot become a cause of mental trauma for her child. 

Later, Virat and Patralekha are surprised to find Bhavani and Ashwini outside the court. 

Patralekha tells them that Sai has taken the case back while Bhavani assumes that Sai got scared by the lawyer they have hired. 

However, Virat tells her that it is not because of the lawyer but because of her concern for Vinayak that has stopped her from taking her case back. 

Later, Virat and Patralekha come to Sai to thank her for taking back the case but get shocked at the revelation that Sai is still planning to take Vinayak back by telling him the truth.

Meanwhile, Vinayak's principal calls Virat, asking him why is Vinayak not coming to school, and intimates to him that Vinayak will not be able to appear in exams if his attendance is low. 

Patralekha tries to get Vinayak excused because of a family function but the principal tells her to give importance to the child’s future. 

Meanwhile, Sai arrives home looking sad and dejected while Savi asks her if her blessings did not work. 

Sai tells her that it will definitely work one day soon and asks her to call Vinayak

After a while, Bhavani makes fun of Virat for thinking that Sai has changed and will not cause more trouble for the family. 

However, Patralekha tells her that she will not let Vinayak near Sai and Savi. 

Virat and Ninad oppose Patralekha’s decision for imprisoning Vinayak in his own home but Patralekha remains adamant and Bhavani also supports her decision, seeing no other option to stop Sai. 

Later, Savi calls Vinayak but Patralekha takes his phone away saying that he should be focusing on exams now and follow the rules of no phone or TV or friends until the exams. 

Savi complains to Sai about Vinayak's forgetfulness for leaving his phone anywhere and everywhere while Sai tells her to not worry as they will talk when he will call. 

Afterward, Sai tells herself that no matter how much Patralekha tries to stop her from meeting Vinayak, she will get there eventually now that she has decided.
