Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 6th June 2023 episode starts with Sai coming to Vijendra and telling him that there is very important work that he has to do before the surgery. 

On being asked, she calls Amba who is dressed like a bride, and tells Vijendra to make Amba his wife and complete the task that was left incomplete. 

Just then, Bhavani also comes there to give her blessings to the union. 

Finally, everyone tells Vijendra that they will all be waiting for him after the surgery.

After a while, Bhavani tells Amba that although she has come there.

However, she would like to tell her that what she has done twenty years ago was unforgivable then and unforgivable now so she should not expect anything from her. 

Bhavani also tells Sai that she will prefer death before forgiving her in this lifetime. 

Later, Amba thanks Sai for doing so much for them in a short period of time and considers Satya to be lucky to have her. 

Just then, the doctor comes out and tells everyone that the surgery was successful. 

Meanwhile, Virat feels jealous of Satya as he hugs Amba and Sai together. 

Later, Satya asks Vijendra how is he feeling while Vijendra looks at them with uncertainty. 

Meanwhile, Sai imagines herself in Amba’s shoes and feels scared at not being able to be recognised by Virat. 

She comes out looking stressed and wonders if their love also has the same future. 

Satya comes to comfort Sai while Virat looks from afar and thinks that he has become late in approaching Sai. 

Later, Virat is alone in his room when he is surrounded by Sai’s memories and throws a glass at the mirror shouting at Sai to leave him alone. 

Just then, Ashwini comes to him and tells him to calm down. 

Meanwhile, Virat asks him how can he calm down when she keeps crossing paths with him and not letting him forget her. 

He also tells her that he has found a solution to this and will go far away from her so he can forget her. 

Just then, Virat gets a call from Kadam about a bank robber robbing the bank and he tells him that he will be there soon. 

Later, Ashwini is sitting sadly in her room when Ninad asks her why she looks troubled. 

Ashwini tells him that Virat is thinking about taking a transfer and worries about him falling back into old habits. 

However, Ninad assures her that Virat now has Savi and Vinayak and knows the values of his life. 

After a while, Ashwini breaks into a sweat after dreaming about Virat getting injured at the bank when he goes inside the bank without any backup.

The next morning, Ashwini is preparing oblation and tells Ninad that she has organized a veneration for Virat and has left everything in God’s hands. 

Meanwhile, Sai urges Satya to hurry or he will get late while he tells her that he won’t be as he wants to spend time with her at the hospital. 

Just then, Amba comes to Satya to tell him that she is taking Vijendra to Nasik to go to an Ayurvedic centre that specializes in aftercare. 

Sai praises Amba for her decisions and tells her that change of scene will definitely improve Vijendra faster. 

Amba also tells Sai and Satya to focus on each other now and give her good news on her return. 

Sai feels cornered while Satya changes the subject.

Afterward, Amba also tells Satya and Sai to visit the temple on their way to the hospital as she has organised a veneration for Satya and Vijendra’s healthy recovery.
