Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 7th April 2022 episode starts with Sai asking Virat about his pain. 

Sai talks nonsensically to Virat after the therapy while Virat gives her angry looks. 

Sai helps Virat to get ready for the bed where he instantly goes to sleep.

Later, she receives a text from Samrat and updates him about the Physiotherapy session.

In her room, Shivani sees Rajeev's messages and ignores them, later she sees Sai’s message and goes to check on Virat.

Seeing Shiwani, Sai asks her about Rajeev which angers Shiwani.

Sai follows Shiwani into her room, offering her help. 

However, Shiwani asks her to not interfere in her matter and leave her alone.

Later, Sai decides to find out more about Rajeev to help Shiwani anyway.

The next morning, Sai brings breakfast for Virat, while Virat gives Sai her fees. 

Seeing the fees, Sai jokes about the next session.

Virat rudely reminds her about their deal that will soon be over and frees them of each other. 

Sai feels sad at the reminder whereas Virat recalls the pain that Sai’s distrust has caused him.

Afterwards, Sai comes to Ashwini to tell her about Virat needing more sessions which someone else will do.

Seeing Ashwini quiet, Sai tell her about going to college and leaves.

Mohit is grateful to Sai for taking care of Virat so well and apologises for his past behaviour.

Later, Sai asks Mohit about Rajeev which surprises him.

After a while, Mohit explains about Rajeev and Shiwani’s past relationship and that he knows nothing more. 

In college, Pulkit approaches Sai and asks her to start preparing for exams which are just around the corner. 

At the Chavan house, Sonali misses Sai while Bhavani tells her that Sai has gone to her college which always comes first with her.

Samrat favours Sai which Patralekha does not like and taunts Samrat. 

Samrat does not like Patralekha’s tone and scolds her for her rudeness.
