Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 7th February 2023 episode starts with the DCP of the police coming to Virat's house with the news of his promotion and transfer to Mumbai.

However, Virat does not look very happy with the news when the commissioner tells him that this is an opportunity of a lifetime and he should not let it go to waste. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha eavesdrops on their conversation and becomes happy, thinking that they will be able to take Vinayak away from Sai and she will not be able to tell Vinayak anything. 

After a while, Virat looks thoughtful at the breakfast table when Ashwini asks him how will Vinayak give his exams when he hadn’t been to school for so many days. 

Patralekha pipes in, telling Ashwini that she has taken care of Vinayak's studies and he has his course completed. 

She also tells them that they will be tempting Vinayak with a long vacation if he performs well in class. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani stops her and asks her what vacation is she talking about. 

Patralekha tells everyone, that Virat has been promoted to the post of joint commissioner and has been transferred to Mumbai. 

Everyone but Bhavani is pleased with the news while Patralekha looks over-excited. 

However, Virat tells her that he has not thought about all this yet while Bhavani also tells her that Virat cannot just leave everything and go from there. 

However, Patralekha tells her that this is a perfect solution to keep Sai out of their life and keep Vinayak with them. 

Meanwhile, Savi comes home after school and tells Sai about Patralekha’s constant presence at school with Vinayak who takes him away from the back door. 

She also tells her about Virat’s promotion and going to Mumbai. 

Sai gets angry to hear that Virat and Patralekha have stooped so low that they are taking Vinayak away from her. 

She vows to tell Vinayak the truth today so that he never again leaves her. 

Late at night, Sai climbs the walls of Chavan's house and then climbs to Vinayak's room through a pipe. 

She reaches Vinayak's bedside and admires him when she hears Patralekha come in and leaves. 

Meanwhile, Virat has a beautiful dream where Savi and Vinayak are being drenched in bubble spray and thoroughly enjoy it while the woman turns to Virat and sprays her with it as well. 

Virat wakes up from a dream thinking of Sai and the happy faces of the children. 

At home, Usha is waiting for Sai and tells her that she should not have risked herself by sneaking into Chavan's house so late at the night. 

She reminds her how Virat sent her to jail last time. 

Usha also tells her that all these antics in front of Vinayak will not only scare him but will also sever the bond of love that exists between him and Sai. 

Usha asks Sai to tell Vinayak everything but in a setting where he does not feel alarmed.
