Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 7th June 2022 episode starts with Samrat tells Sai and Virat that Patralekha has started loving him.

Thinking of Patralekha Samrat asks Sai to take care of her just like she does for everyone. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha shares with Karishma her plans for dinner with Samrat while Karishma teases her. 

After a while, Patralekha thinks of taking Mansi for dinner and goes to ask her.

At the hospital, Virat goes to get the doctor while Samrat tells Sai to look after Virat, Mansi and Patralekha before dying on her. 

Seeing Samrat dead Sai could not control her tears while Virat comes with a doctor who tells him that Samrat is no more. 

Virat gets shocked by this news.

Meanwhile, Patralekha tells Mansi to not worry about the frame as she will get it restored and saves the picture on Mansi’s mobile.

Patralekha informs Mansi of their dinner plans while Bhavani expresses her happiness at Patralekha and Samrat's being together.

Ashwini tells Patralekha to also plan a child like Sai and Virat so that those children can grow up together just like Samrat and Virat. 

Patralekha blushes at the suggestion while Mansi tells her to go on dinner alone and spend some quality time together.

Shiwani asks about Samrat who is nowhere to be seen while Patralekha calls him.

At the hospital, Virat is finding it difficult to accept Samrat’s death and behaves unreasonably while Sai tells him that Samrat has left him and cries and cries.

In the meantime, Patralekha tells everyone about Samrat not picking up the phone and gets teased by Sonali and Shiwani for waiting anxiously for Samrat.

However, Bhavani tells Patralekha to call Sai to ask about Samrat.

Meanwhile, Sai comes home in morbid silence while everyone gets worried to see her soaked in blood.

Patralekha asks her about Samrat while Sai stands quietly. 

Just then, Virat comes in with Samrat’s dead body. 

Everyone is shocked to see Samrat dead while Virat explains that Samrat died before getting any treatment.

Mansi in her shock asks Samrat to wake up while everyone cries at Mansi’s condition. 

Patralekha stands silently reliving her morning with Samrat while Mohit asks Sai about Samrat’s death.

On being told about Jagthap is responsible for Samrat’s death, Patralekha slaps Sai.
